Being in my mid 70’s I only review outstanding merchants. Shawn O’Brian does business the way it used be done. I took 2 large TVs to be repaired. I did not expect they would be repairable in todays “trough-away-replace world.”He charges $20.0 to evaluate each. Fair price! He was able to repair both of them and ordered a replacement changer for one that we had lost. All of this for about $110.00 total. So I have a 50” and 55” back in good working order. Thank you Shawn, a great job and a refreshing step back in time. Very satisfied customer.

I found this business in need to fix a backlight problem on my 65" Samsung TV. The owner is a very customer focused professional, providing a super fast quality service, with a very affordable price. My TV is up and running like new again. I highly recommend it.

Very happy with quality of work and speed of service. Had main board of 55" TV identified as problem, replacement found, repair complete all in 3 days at very reasonable pricing. I will take all my electricity repair to O'Brian's.

Shawn is awesome!!!Here’s the deal; you pay Shawn a nominal fee to troubleshoot your TV. If he can fix it, he applies that fee towards to repair cost. If he can’t, he’ll dispose of your set. You can’t lose!Shawn’s knowledge of how modern televisions work is remarkable. He has an amazing depth of technical understanding how different TV manufacturers build their products, which means he can probably figure out what’s wrong with your device.Shawn resurrected our M Series Vizio. I can’t thank him enough. If your TV is on the fritz, take it Shawn.

I called to see if my older TV was repairable. Professional gentlemen answered, explained the process and listened to my specifics. Advised that due to the nature of the issue it would not be repairable. Recommended responsible electronic recycle at county site. He saved me the trouble of transporting it to his location and the check out fee.

I have taken more than one television to O'Brien's TV Inc service and I have gotten nothing but superb customer service also..The owner at the store will wilp will lie to you about your TV whether or not it's worth fixing and if it's not worth fixing he will give you advice on which TV you should get. He will tell you like it is so that you don't get your hopes up thinking your TV's going to get fixed and then he finds out it can't be fixed.He has no dog in the fight and gets no kickback from the manufacturers, He's just a very honest man and you can tell that he enjoys every bit of what he's doing. He is a pleasure to work with. LHe is professional and timel. When he says he will have your estimate on a certain day you better believe that you will have your estimate on that day and if you don't there's a very good reason that you don't but you will have it the next day. He's such a delight to work with. I would recommend anybody that has problems with their television to his establishment O'Brien's TV Inc because they are the best in town and trust me I've gone to a lot of TV repair people. If I haven't set it already his establishment is very clean, he only allows one customer in at a time to promote social distancing. It was amazing!! We brought shaun a tv we’d never been able to turn on. Had no idea if it even turned on. Two weeks later I have a beautiful tv for my living room, a stand, and a power cord for it as well. Cheaper then I even expected. Recommend 100%
