After leaseing 3 Cadillacs from this dealership I called them up to get a buy out on my lease. The mgt there was very rude told me to call another dealership to get the buy out because I was trading my car somewhere else. I will never do business with that dealership again if this is the way they treat 3 time customers beware

My wife was rear ended causing damage to her vehicle. We took the vehicle to Mike Erdman Cadillac collision to get it fixed. Prior to leaving the accident we found that the center console Queu system was not working and the vehicle was running rough. We expressed this to the people at the collision shop in Merritt Island and were met with a blank face. Nothing was written down and you might as well have been talking to a wall. The vehicles body damage was completed followed by moving the vehicle to the 520 store in cocoa for mechanical repair, or so we thought. Jack in service called my wife and asked for a diagnostics deposit. My wife expressed that the damages were associated with an accident. He responded in a very condescending manner telling her he has been doing this for a long time and never has seen this type of vehicle behavior from an accident. It was extremely unprofessional. I then went to talk to Jack and well. He is consistent. He likes to make people feel dumb. Not what I would expect from a Cadillac dealership. Turns out a spark plug broke during the impact. I bet he felt dumb. We picked it up and there was still issues with the queu system not functioning so we left it. We had the whole system replaced in Jan 2024 and I would imagine it’s still under warranty for at least a year. Snarky Jack strikes again with condescending tones. O yea, there whole system has also been breached. If I could give them less then a star I would. Not a classy place. Not prestigious. Not what Cadillac stands for. You would think Jack worked at Kia.

When Melbourne Tasca Cadillac failed to calibrate my new ride height suspension replacement parts three times, I went to Mike Erdman. Tasca had my car 3x’s, $1550, and could not complete the job. The Mike Erdman service department gave me a loaner and fixed my ridiculously high riding XTS and now it’s level and smooth.
Tasca failed to do over weeks what Mike Erdman did in a one day service. ??

They have a very large selection of cars and SUVs from very expensive to very cheap cars, I was just around for the ride because I took a friend to look for a car, and I was surprised to see the selection of cars that they had fresh from the auction the cars had under 100,000 miles and for the most part were under 10,000 and they're customer service was very great from the way they treated my friend, and based on what I saw today, for my next car I will be going through them.

My car wouldn't start as I just flew into town after being gone some time. My battery was dead. I called AAA to jump start my car which they did. After a diagnostic check I was told my battery was dead and not to shut the car. I called service immediately and they took me in. I also needed new tires which I was aware of. So they took me in, ordered a battery and 4 new tires. I was so impressed with the assistance from the team. Ryan, Jack, and Naku we're so kind and assured me that the job would be done. I forgot to mention that I flew in to see a friend who was having surgery. They were able to get me a loaner car so I was able to visit my friend . I am so grateful for their service, kindness, and professionalism that they provided me. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thank you again all.Linda O

I had the best experience with the team here we brought our 2018 Escalade in for Service and was welcomed as we pulled up they immediately got to my vehicle at our appointment time and got us in and out with excellent service very quickly!!

Horrible experiences !!!! My lease was up, I went in asked GREG to print out the pay off number to make final decision either to buy the lease out or trade it in for a new car. GREG must told me 5 times " I wouldn't do that for you" with his arm crossed and body leaned back. At first I thought he must be joking I did not get it.
GREG said: "we gave a couple of times already. Every one asks me to do it, I get irritated and I will not print it for you."
" If you don't do it next minute, I will not do(print the pay off ) it for you." GREG said.
"If you don't want to do it, so where can i go to buy my lease out? I asked.
" Here!!! The lease buy out does not bring any profit/ benefit to our dealer, I don't like to do it." GREG replied.
" But I don't have check on me, and I need to go home to cook dinner for my family next minute." I was totally stunned.
"I won't do ( print the pay off) it " GREG reassured.
I stormed out the office....
I live and work on Merritt Island, I pass by the dealer every day. I had an xt4, I wanted to trade in for and xt6. I have been talking to glen and zack since Sep. I occasionally pop in to talk to them and check out if they have anything suitable for me. Every time i pass the dealer, I have a warm feeling that I know the guys in there and I am going to buy another car in my community dealer .
Mr. Erdman, you are too forgiving for allowing that kind behavior in your dealer especially a manager.
My office was also negotiating to buy a cargo van from your expo store, needless to say I had to totally drop that purchase.
Greg, does it occur to you that I stopped your store occasionally to check out and talk to your salesman that I am interested to buy a car from you as a loyal customer ?
By the way, GREG, I did trade in my car and I have a new car now from Massey Cadillac. I enjoy my ride very much !!!

Called service department with having problem with motor fan on ac/heater element. Talked to female advisor, she received my info and told me I would receive a call back with price and getting car looked at on Cadillac SRX. It's been over a week and looks like I was blown off. Guess Erdman doesn't need the work. Looking at other Cadillac dealers for help!
