Hey I just Want to Say Shout out to Harlan & Macho those guys work amazing Together and they definitely got the great customer service me and my family need , now a month ago i went there and A Lady Name Brenda Was just Horrible she didnt take time to see what we needed just wanted to sell us everything without figuring out the problem. wasted 45 min of our time almost left the company cause of her , Macho & Harlan You guys ROCK METRO FLEX

That Brenda lady is just rude when I bought a iPhone she didn't help or do much even the last time me and my wife came in we went to cocoa store on 520 and deal with Harlan he was amazing if it wasn't for him I would've left metro so thanks Harlan and as for Brenda won't be seeing her again

I just want to say that guy Harlan you have is such an amazing , talented, knowledgeable, unique young man he help me and my family get phones and tablets etc. and he was just awesome I met him at cocoa location and Merrit and I can say he made our day . Definitely need more like him

Customer care is horrible I hope these "employees" work on commission... I was prepared to buy 2 phones. The overweight latin girl behind the counter could care less about helping customers. She was plopped on the counter like a bag of potatoes. No one in the store besides myself , I asked for help on pricing she said , the price is on the phone...After asking for a manager she said they don't have one and she refuses to give her name. I have 4 lines with this company and will not get another.

The most frustrating individuals were the girl behind the counter and the store manager, solely focused on making a sale, neglecting to even access my information for assistance. If I could rate this store a zero, I would without hesitation! Every inquiry I made was met with a resounding 'NO'. It took immense restraint not to GO OFF!Let's address the absurdity of 'We don't have the phone in stock' and 'We can't upgrade phones here'. How is that even possible? Furthermore, the prices advertised on the website differ significantly from those in-store, inflated with unnecessary charges. I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment; instead, reach out to 611 for assistance.
