Best Gym on Merrit Island. Friendly people, great spacing of equipment and 24 hour access. Inside and outside spaces to work out, always clean and well lit without being too bright. It’s my go to fitness center every time I’m in the area.

Very friendly atmosphere, I enjoy having the ability to come in and work out when I went to 24 hours a day trainers are very friendly and determined to get you into shape I went from 254 lb down so far to 232 all by the advice of the trainers and also the owner
