Products the same as everywhere, what's up with the customer service?It's just very quiet in there and awkward, where as most places I take my time, the employees tell me about products and offer to answer any questions, that just doesn't exist at AYR.

I was lied to by the employee and my mother happened to be in there with me getting gummies and they lied to her as well about the products available plus their concentrates suck

Went in the other day with $40, cashier didn't look at the bills handed to her and put in the system that it was $30 then when she was corrected the manager counted the drawer and when it matched the system because she put in the system it was $30 as well, the manager said there wasn't anything she could do, didn't want to bother looking at the cameras until called out on why should couldn't and that she was really going to still my money, then after checking cameras and recounting came back out with the $10 as for an "inconvenience" but she couldn't actually see what was handed to the cashier because of the angle on the camera then I was told to not give her attitude like that again and when I went to apologize and explain my side I was interrupted and told I couldn't speak because I didn't let her speak when she was allowed to speak. Won't be coming back ever again

they have a decent selection. the quality products at an affordable price makes it easier in many ways! they always have great discounts I've been able to get stuff for half the price when other places like true liver on sale for example and I have no complaints the people are very nice I used to go to the same building but with a different company called Liberty they were great at first but went downhill hugely through the pandemic somebody showed me this place and I've stuck to it and will keep going there I actually plan on going there today!

It will be the luckiest day of your life if you walk in to the store and get to meet Nery. She is one of the ones that talking to her and getting to be that close to her, is an opportunity that only happens once in a lifetime. The knowledge, energy and the heat she radiates to the universe is not something you would want to miss.

This was my first time going to a dispensary, I felt annoying asking a bunch of questions but Sasha was so unbelievably nice and friendly and informative and didn't make me feel like a pain. She was happy to answer my questions and eased my anxiety (as did the product haha!) will definitely be returning. Great place, amazing staff and product. Thank you!

Sasha is AMAZING! She always is so sweet and she knows how to take care of her customers. I live all the way in Palm Bay and come specifically to see her! Would definitely recommend.

I drive here from Titusville because it's where I can always find the best prices on quality concentrates after the places closer to home have been hit or miss. Sasha is the best at making recommendations when I want to try something new!
