I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a pre-owned Lexus GX 460 from Land Rover Jaguar Lincoln of Melbourne, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. From start to finish, the entire process was exceptional.
A special shoutout goes to Sarah, the sales rep who made this journey truly remarkable. Her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm were evident from our first interaction. She answered all my questions with patience despite me being 8 hours away in Pensacola.

Hands Down Land Rover of Melbourne is the Only Range Rover Dealership I will trust for Service! I went to another Land Rover dealership closer to me and knew after I got my diagnostic from them that that was not the place to get my car fixed. He overcharged me and didn’t even check for all of the issues at this other dealership. Not the case with Melbourne Land Rover!!!
Melbourne Land Rover went above and beyond to troubleshoot and get to the bottom of my issues with my range rover sport… they not only fixed it but fought for other issues to be resolved other than the one I had originally and you know there is not a profit margin with a warranty which I had and they still pursued everything to help me get my car to a near perfect condition. I have friends now that watched me go through this and now will drive up to Melbourne to buy their next Range Rover when that time comes due to their honesty and integrity which is VERY RARE these days. I will always refer them. It’s worth the drive for exceptional service and follow through and their people are so professional and caring. Do yourself a favor and it’s worth the drive and I live in North Palm Beach!!!!!!! Melbourne Land Rover all the Way!?????. A Huge Shout out and thank you to Ashley the Service Manager. She hand walked this all the way to the end!!

I live in New Jersey and found a Svr Range Rover that I couldn't find anywhere else in the country and reached out to Melbourne Land Rover via email at about 12am and was contacted by Sarah Smoak who on her own sent me numerous detailed videos and photos of the truck I was interested in, Sahara was AWESOME I can't say enough about how professional her and Chris are. They were so professional I am honestly considering going to them for any major service my truck may need. I will be recommending them to all of my friends and family. My wife Sandra and I just recently purchased a 2020 Lincoln Corsair from Melbourne Lincoln. The mileage and condition was good enough for the car to be certified. So it came with a two year warranty. The car is excellent and seems as new.
Beyond the car itself, our experience at Melbourne Lincoln was personal and professional. Sarah was our sales representative and made our buying experience enjoyable. Sarah was so knowledgeable about each car we looked at.
Pretty impressive for sure.
It wasn’t an expensive car but she treated our purchase as if it was, and actually delivered the car to us in Titusville. Great service above expectations.
We recommend Melbourne Lincoln and specifically that you ask for Sarah Smoak when you shop there.

I am writing my review today to compliment the “ Outstanding, Prompt and Courteous Customer Service Received from Land Rover Melbourne,
More specifically by the managing partner Mr Jonathan Russo.
In (Or about November 2022, My Diesel Range Rover HSC broke down in Daytona Beach, therefore, due to the location of the SUV, they offered to have it towed to Land Rover Melbourne Upon the completion of the repairs, service at this time it was amazing by the advisor Mr. Al Manzar. That is why , I choose the same service center several times thereafter, despite residing 70 miles away, I know I will receive an Honest & Great service .
I would like to share my great experience and as much as I would have posted a negative one if I received any bad service, I would like to post positive remarks regarding the great service received .
Furthermore, I appreciate the work completed by the new Service Repair Advisor Mr. Sage Rodriguez
( the initial service repairs advisor Andrew Almanzar, who was the First Advisor I dealt with back in 2022, has been transferred to the jaguar service center(To Jaguar service , Andrew is truly an asset to them. ) , I would like to thank the managing partner Jonathan Russo for his prompt, and courteous response to my concerns
