I recently had a great experience purchasing a new car from Lincoln of Melbourne.The entire process was smooth and easy. The sales team was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, specially our salesman, Kyley. They answered all of my questions without any pressure. I felt like I was making an informed decision. This was our 3rd Lincoln and would buy from them again. The service department is also great. I always work with Beth and she is really great! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

My wife had her eye on a new Explorer and I found the Lincoln Aviator at Lincoln of Melbourne for the same price. The sales staff is great. We were in and out in less than 2 hours. Best car buying experience I’ve had. Give them a shot…you’ll be glad you did.

We recently purchased an suv from this dealership. We had been looking for a while and are so glad we found this dealership. This was by far the most pleasant car buying experience we've ever had. They were extremely professional, transparent and reasonable to work with. We love the vehicle so far and will be returning when it’s time to upgrade. Our sales rep Kacie was absolutely wonderful to work with. Great communication, not pushy and so kind! Highly recommend Kacie and this dealership! Thank you! I love my car!

Was great in my effort to purchase a new car. I was not sure of what I was going to purchase. I was looking at several cars at different dealership. He convinced me that the Lincoln Corsair had very thing that I was looking for plus more.
After the sale he gave me several calls to ask me if I had any questions, which I did. He answered my questions.
My wife and I are very happy with our purchase.

I can say without any hesitation whatsoever that this was our best experience buying a car. We've been married for 30 years and have bought many cars.... so this is saying a lot. Our sales rep Kyley supplied us with specs, videos and photos of the car we were interested in very quickly. The dealership is over an hour's drive from our home so we wanted to be fairly certain that we would be making a purchase before heading over. He really came through for us! From beginning to end he made the process enjoyable, which I didn't think was possible at a car dealership (no offense!). He was knowledgeable, honest and fun throughout the entire process. The dealership itself is stunning with a modern, comfortable lounge area for customers to wait in. The whole place is absolutely spotless. I also wanted to point out what a wonderful time we had working with Josh in finance. He coached us on some additional items that in the end made sense to add to our purchase. We greatly appreciate the time he took to explain things to us as he breezed through the purchasing process. He and Kyley both stayed well after closing to finalize everything for us. We cannot say enough kind words about our experience here. When we're ready to replace our second vehicle, we'll be back for sure.

My Service Representative Natasha at Lincoln Melbourne, Florida went above and beyond to assist me with my vehicle issues/needs. She ensured that I had a loaner vehicle while my vehicle was being serviced. She kept me informed and updated me on my vehicle status and when I came in to pickup my vehicle, not only did Natasha explained everything to me in full detail about vehicle service experience, she sit in my vehicle with me and went over numerous steps to ensure the problem was corrected. Some repairs could not be done that day because parts had to be ordered,
so she ordered the parts and was already on top of scheduling my return appointment for the part to be replaced as well as scheduling me a loaner vehicle while mine was being serviced. She updated me on what services need to be done in the near future/months. Natasha was extremely polite, professional, knowledgeable and displayed overwhelming concern to ensure I had everything I needed as well as making me feel very welcome and comfortable during my entire service visit. Natasha is an "Awesome" representative that cares about the customer and their vehicle needs. Her customer service skills was well overdue because since the pandemic customer service was horrible and people who work in the industry and workforce forgot about their job values and the companies reputation when providing customers service until Natasha and numerous Lincoln service representative and sales representatives (Xavier) that I had the pleasure of meeting and working with. I am so glad I purchased my Lincoln Nautilus and finally got the outstanding customer service I received and deserved. Bravo Zulu Natasha! Outstanding Job!
