For years I was with a different insurance company. I tend to stay loyal once I’m established. Throughout the years my rates kept going up.I had no accidents or tickets. Finally I had enough and moved on to Progressive. My agent, Carolyn Korona, of Greater Florida Insurance, searched to get me a good rate even if it was not with Progressive. Through the search, Progressive was the best deal for me. When I needed to make a change they were accommodating and friendly. I don’t see me leaving Progressive anytime in the near future. I’m always loyal to those good to me. We work hard for our money so I’m pleased that my money is going to a company with great customer service and attention to detail. Take it from a victim, you do not want to do business with this insurance broker. Great Florida is a broker for some of the worst insurance companies in the country. If you attempt to cancel a policy with them, they will keep up to 75% of your premium which almost seems like legalized theft? Don’t walk but run away from Great Florida Insurance! There are still a few reputable insurance companies out there! Great Florida is also associated with another disreputable broker called Swyfft, LLC. Both brokers are affiliated with a couple of 1.5-star Google rated companies, Topa Insurance and Clear Blue Insurance. Steer clear of these under-performing companies as well. Remember these companies names, Great Florida Insurance/Aspen LLC and Swyfft Insurance. They are not interested in providing you with good coverage at a reasonable price. Just looking for a commission!
