As a community we need to protest this store and the manager. I’m down to stand in the heat and bring the local tv stations with to make them stop. We as a community decides who stay and who goes time for this place to go!

I thought our local goodwill was over priced. Must have a dedicated ebayer pricing items in this goodwill.

I think goodwill has lost their mind. Their asking prices on DONATED items are insane. They also removed fitting rooms so people can't even try things on before overpaying.

I don't know who is doing the pricing at this location, but they truly need to do some cost comparison analysis (and/or have their head examined). Vinyl albums used to be $.59/$.99 (depending on what Goodwill you are in), but for some inexplicable reason this store has now bumped the price up to $5 (or more) per record (which, I might add, were FREE to them to begin with)! We even spoke with a sales associate about how ludicrous the new album pricing is and they 100% agreed. They explained that they hear it all of the time but are powerless to do anything about it, as the decision to increase the pricing was made by the new manager who is under the misguided belief that they could actually fetch these exorbitant prices. The employee did, however, encourage us to leave feedback in the hopes that if enough people did, perhaps the manager would come to their senses and start pricing accordingly.
Incidentally, my husband collects vinyl and currently has more than 6,000 records (literally) in his collection, so we are well aware of the value of used vinyl. As I explained to the associate, when we go to a thrift store and see these asinine, unjustified prices, we immediately cross that store off our list and don’t bother returning. Do the math, is it worth losing a customer forever in the hopes of maaaaaaaaaaybe squeezing a few more dollars out of one purchase? Having been a retail manager in a previous life, high sales volume and repeat customers should be the goals of any store, as the long-term benefits that both bring far exceed the profits made from one (or, in this case, no sale) and the cost of a customer’s loyalty.
We go thrifting just about every weekend. Needless to say, we no longer bother stopping in this Goodwill even when we are in the area. Out of curiosity, we decided to stop in yesterday to see if anything had improved. It hadn’t. Beat up, beyond cutout bin albums are still $5 each. Goodwill has been off its rocker for a while with regard to pricing, but these album prices are beyond the pale even for them. They are sometimes quadruple what these dilapidated albums are actually worth. It’s sad when eBay sellers have lower prices for what are essentially ‘throw away’ albums that will one day end up in a landfill.
FYI to Goodwill Management -- VERY few vinyl records are worth much more than $1 and even fewer still fetch the kind of prices that your location is charging. Unless an album is in excellent condition (which these are not) and are extremely rare (which these are not), there is absolutely no justification for this kind of price gouging. The only explanation is corporate greed fueled by delusion, pure and simple. Do better, Goodwill!
Oh, and I would highly recommend that customer's check their receipts before leaving the store. I just discovered that I was charged full price for a book (that was again WAY overpriced). It had a green $3.99 ticket, the color of the week, but instead of it being ½ price I was charged the full amount. Buyers beware.
On an ironic sidenote, to illustrate how totally random and arbitrary the pricing is at this location, I did manage to scoop up a travel bag that they had significantly UNDERVALUED at $12.99. I currently have it listed on eBay for $69, so there’s that… ?

Not a good selection, but anything I did find was priced so highly, like $10+ for single pieces of clothing, it was just way too much, and no return policy!

Would not recommend this location to anyone. Wish I had read the reviews before going. Don't expect to find reasonable prices for goods they get for free, so much for the sustainability of thrift stores.

A very sad shopping experience since there are no fitting rooms, mirrors are placed in odd places and there is very poor lighting so forget about trying clothes on or even getting idea if it fits. Some of the items are also damaged so you have to pay attention. The prices are also continuing to creep up and nearly the same price as a new item. Its only worth going there now on Sun and maybe even Monday

No changing rooms, exceedingly high prices with non-refundable purchases. Would absolutely not recommend.

My favorite part of Goodwill is when you buy stuff there, then go to donate it back later in the exact same condition and they tell you they can't accept it or they're just going to throw it away.

Walked in, walked around, walked out. The prices are absolutely ridiculous. Used shoes for 10.99-14.99 to used sundresses from 9.99-14.99. Sunhats 10.99-16.99..it was almost comical. I could go to Ross or Marshall's and get brand new for that price.

I was visiting the area from west central Florida and decided to stop in and see what they had. I was very pleased to see the store's clothes organized by size. That's something goodwill in my town does not do. But they have no fitting room!! That really sucked because I'm not from the area so being able to exchange isn't helpful. Some of their prices were high but mostly all the things I purchased were their color of the week, so half off.
Found lots of nice clothes! But you really have to pay attention to their pricing and dig for things that are half off, if not then most of the stuff isn't worth what they are asking for.

We were told at check out the previous day that shoes could be exchanged or brought back. These were $18 shoes. We went to bring them back and the girl that checked us out lied up and down, plus she got a manager to lie with her that she never said they could be returned with in 3 days. Their prices have continued to get out ragous on broken items for more then new prices sometimes. A telescope for $280, that was missing 3 parts that would cost over $120 to buy with shipping, and the telescope sold new for $320. They had fishing rods that were missing eyelets and broken marked at $50. These are only afew examples, skip these greedy stores and go to a real Christian thrift store that has reasonable prices on used items. (Google afew, but I like the one by Home Depot)

The store is organized and it's easy to find what you're looking for (at least the category, like a thrift stores). It's a decent size. The staff are always helpful and kind, even when making returns (store credit only, which is fine).
