Today my insurance agency sent G force Autobody to tow my vehicle back home after breaking down on my way to work this morning. The driver, Eugene was extremely professional and on time. Once arriving at my home he let my son stand close enough to watch him work and had my son so excited to see how the tow truck worked. He truly made my child's night and after the stressful day of my car breaking down that put a smile on my face. I called G Force after AAA let me down. They arrived very quickly. Jumped started my truck and had me on my way in less than an hour after my initial call. Amazing! Eugene is amazing! He is professional as well as very informative and communicative through the whole process, which was a long one waiting on the insurance and Ford! Impeccable customer service! He even had my Chula washed and detailed before I picked her up! He has definitely earned my business for any future repairs I may need!
