I have used this company for my 3 kitties before and am having them again for 12 days. My kitties really took to Fran, the caregiver, coming out to greet her when she came over this time to get the key. She is excellent with the care from feeding, playing, taking care of litter box, etc. She sent us pictures while we were on our trip of the kitties which reassured us they were doing well and in good hands.

Ava is amazing! She took such great care of my French Bulldog & went above and beyond to make Maddie comfortable while we were gone. I trust her completely & will be using Fetch again because of Ava!

Putting in a reservation a month and a half in advance is apparently not enough notice to get a week's worth of pet care.Don't waste your time hoping that these people will be there for your animals. Find someone else.

I had used fetch for several months. Ross was nice and my cats liked him. BUT. my cat died in their care. He had urinated all over himself and the sitter didn't think to take him to a vet. Guess a cat saturated in urine is not a emergency. The next day I get a call my cat 5 years old is dead. I came home that day and received a text asking if they needed to come the next morning to take care of my other cat. UMM NO! I then received a amended bill for the day my cat died. Why would I pay you for being negligent? I never received a call from the sitter or the owner of the business for the death of my cat in their care. If I was an owner and something had happened I would be on the phone in a minute. I had sent several emails asking why he didn't think it was necessary to take him to a vet but, no response. How about something to the effect they are going to EDUCATE their sitters about medical conditions and they are sorry. When I asked for my key back the sitter came to my home and told my husband he was sorry. To late now. The vet states she may have been able to save him if he had come in the day before. He had a urinary tract infection and a mucous plug and he ruptured his bladder a very painful way to die. Heartbroken and angry.
