My experience at this shop was nothing short of professionalism and listen to your problem. Eager to help resolve the problem and ensure that all my needs were addressed and resolved. Customer service was above and beyond. All my needs were met and I am very happy and pleased with the service I received. I’m always smiling in my car since my car was given back to me on this past Thursday. Keep up the great work your entire staff provides. It’s definitely a 3 star center. Poor communication. Upcharging is crazy. And not completely honest about small electronical parts and issues. But over all they are amazing at matching paint and doing a good coat. Still waiting on a call back from 3 weeks ago though. Simple stuff ruins business. So it’s 3 stars for the paint work.

Save yourself the headache and disappointment, do not bring your vehicle here for any kind of body damage repair. Honestly, you’d be better off taking your vehicle to a nearby 7-11 and asking the clerk if he/she can work on your car when they get off-shift.

Very good quality and reliability. Took my car here last week got it back in a timely manner, allot of shops are backed up and have a waiting list. I chose this auto body shop as I own a Toyota and the local Toyota dealership recommended them, as they are sister companies. I had to wait for an appointment to drop off my car although it seemed nothing was done for days after I dropped off my car. It took them 3 weeks to get proper paperwork to my insurance company, which was the major reason a six day job became a six week job. My telling them my insurance policy was not covering a rental car did not help getting more timely service. I would not recommend to others.Service: Body & Trim
