Crest Cleaners on North Courtenay Parkway are magnificent. From the moment You walk in, you are greeted and welcomed into their business. They are kind and helpful. They are professional and exemplary in their service and care of your clothing. I have only met 2 of the girls working at the counter and I LOVE THEM!!! It is a joy to go to this business. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CREST CLEANERS not only for the kindness but they cleaned a blazer for me and it came back PERFECT!!! The price for the cleaning was also extremely fair. I know they will impress YOU also!!!

What a shame here. My roommate asked for an emergency recommendation as a down jacket he holds with a huge sentimental value had accidentally become SOAKED by a car window issue. I recommended without hesitation this location of Crest Cleaners & w/o question he took the jacket in. ONLY to be told, are you ready? They (Crest Cleaners) are DRY cleaners, they do not take in "wet" down jackets. Unbeleviable. Sadly a true story. A detail perhaps one might wish to keep in mind the next time a professional cleaner is needed.

Lady is very nice, but don't take the coupon and not apply it, let the customer know that it can't be used, bc I go there bc of the coupon and could've made an item laundry instead of dryclean in order to get $ off, that's all, just be up front with people

Not really happy with the place..I dropped off THREE Leather Coats (one Suede 2 Leather) only to have them call me 2 days later to tell me they No Longer Clean Suede or Leather Coats.. I have had other Leather Coats cleaned here before (probably 10 years ago or so) and from I remember they did a good Job. I guess what I am not really to happy about is that I live 10 miles or more away so why couldn't they OF Just Told me When I dropped them off...? Anyway I hate leaving negative reviews, especially to a long time Local business. But this was ridiculous ... I had to sit and think about this negative review for well over 2 weeks now before I finally had to say something about this...I don't want ppl to think I'm that person that likes to leave Bad Reviews. If you look at my other reviews, (over 17,900 views now) I usually DON'T leave bad reviews...(btw these were Very Nice Jackets , each one costing around 2-$400 Each)
