We were looking for new living room and family room furniture. We had our Saturday planned to hit 4 or 5 stores in Brevard County. My wife suggested we try the furniture store in Merritt Square Mall. I said I didn't know there was one in the mall. So, we stopped at that one first as it was on our way from Cocoa Beach to our other stores. Kim showed us several attractive sets and Scotty gave us some good pricing. But we had these plans to go to other stores, so we said thanks and spent the rest of the day looking at other stores that couldn't match the quality or the pricing that we were getting from Cloud 9.We went back at the end of the day and put our deposit down and are happy to say that we now have our perfect furniture in our house after the free delivery.The moral of this story is that if you want to enjoy your Saturday, you only need to go to one store, Cloud 9. ?

All great, no hassle experience . I was buying furniture for my brother who is in an assisted living. Myra was extremely helpful, patient, efficient and knowledgeable. The store had a great selection. We bought a chair and couch. The couch was in stock and Myra ordered the chair. Scotty handled 2 deliveries perfectly at the agreed on times! Assembly and delivery were included in the price. ?

We started shopping at Cloud Nine a few years ago and now we’re customers for life! We have bought beds we have bought couches chairs,a kitchen table and now my patio set and I’ve been happy with the quality and especially the customer service.!! You can’t beat their prices and they always go above and beyond to make you happy!! Scotty and his staff are awesome!

Best furniture place in town. Bought 2 XL twin mattresses and automatic bases. We received amazing customer service from start to finish. The delivery guys rocked. They were very professional and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. We are customers for life. ?

Myra in sales and owner Scottie are the best! No-pressure shopping, fantastic prices. Setup and delivery were quick and flawless (and free). Highly recommended! It's no surprise that they are in the Top 3 Best furniture stores in Brevard.

We were looking for new furniture for our vacation condo and found a sofa and chair on the store website. We stopped in at the store and talked to the sales lady who showed us various options and was very helpful. We ordered our furniture for delivery the next time we were going to be in town. Our furniture was delivered today and the delivery people had to bring it up a flight of very steep and awkward steps but they were very efficient and professional. The price was very reasonable. Great experience dealing with this store. Highly recommend!

BEST mattress store around!!! Seriously don't look anywhere else. We loved our entire mattress shopping experience from beginning to end. We've been recommending them to all our friends in need of a new mattress. They are very affordable and the people are very knowledgeable! Great selection too!! I would definitely come again and definitely recommend!!

Thank you all for recommending Cloud9 Furniture at the Merritt Island Mall. I was looking to trash my entire living room and dining furniture, install new flooring and purchase new furniture.I like to keep my business local, so per your recommendations, I went by and met the owners of Cloud9, Scotty and Kimberly.From the moment we walked in the store, Scotty and Kimberly greeted us and helped us choose a beautiful living room and dining room set, there was no sales pressure.We were planning on hiring a mover to haul away our old furniture, but quickly learned that Cloud9 delivers the new and hauls away the old furniture. Our old furniture was removed, new floors were installed and our new furniture was the delivered the following day, great planning with the help of Cloud9.If you ever need new furniture, this is the go to place. My husband and I can wholeheartedly recommend doing business with Myra and/or Scottie at Cloud 9 Mattress & Furniture. A family owned and customer service comes first business.We purchased two leather recliner sofas at a great price, and delivered in 10 days, as promised. Their price included delivery and set up by two very nice and professional guys who made sure everything was right.We will definitely refer them to friends and family.
