As a small construction business owner I’m going to have to find a bank that is better for small businesses. Ever since Covid Chase has become more of a liability to my business than a help. Check holds of a week despite my client telling me the money was already taken out of his account. (Very next day) I urge other business owners to not put themselves in the same position. But I for one will be looking to leave this banking institution because of this.

I have always loved Chase Bank. I just wish that my local branch would have one of the drive app ATM instead of having to go into the foyer of the building.In Florida, it's not too big. A deal except on days when it's raining.

WARNING! WARNING! WARNING!ZERO STARS!!!!Racist. Petty. Terrible customer service. BULLIES! This is not the branch for minorities at all! They're haughty and could care less about equality among their customers, made me feel less than and devalued as a customer. Triple checked my identity while all the white customers just came and went. Even tried to excuse it by saying the customer next to me was also doing the same, she was ASIAN (proving my point!) Then had three people come out to all stand around as if I was about to rob them! I was in tears when I left. But to make sure they dug all the way in they had their own investigation done (without my request or permission) on the situation so they could send me a letter and reiterate their position. Way to beat a dead horse Merritt Island Chase! You'll reap what you sow, bigger than you sowed and later than when you sowed, but you'll definitely reap your own negative energy and bigotry.

Went there on my day off Saturday to add my wife to my account and couldn't get it done because they had no staff member that could help me with it. Now I have to take off work during the week and loose pay just to set it up to give them money isn't that funny. Really thinking about closing my account and doing my banking somewhere else

Man, I have been through my fair share of frustrations with Chase as a whole. Lauren here got everything resolved and was extremely pleasant. I was on the verge of pulling everything from Chase but she changed my mind. This is an awesome branch of a not so awesome bank. Thank you Lauren!

I really don't understand how this specific branch is not rated 5 stars ! No joke or exaggeration this place specifically has been beyond helpful and professional consistently for the last 4 years. Every single time regardless of the time or situation this branch continues to deliver world class customer service hands down. Absolute special shout out to CICI and David . No I don't know them personally they just care about their customers and it shows. Thanks for all you do.
