My family had a great experience shopping here for shoes over the weekend. The gentleman who helped us find what we needed was very helpful and listened to our needs. We left very happy with our purchase and will shop there again & again.

Y'all need to get y'all's cashiers. The black guy in there is cussing and using the n-word. The white girl is laughing and not offering help to anybody. I had money to spend but not here because your staff is disrespectful and inattentive! I was there today at 3:15p. Whoever was working needs to be retrained or fired!

Antonio was so helpful and patient with my son who wanted to try on several shoes. He measured his foot and offered suggestions with a smile even while the store was busy.

Very pleased with Latayea. She was helpful and patient while i tried on shoes. My only complaint is that the store doesn't carry more apparel that appeals to women. i would have spent a lot more money if there were items that were specifically made for the curves of a woman. There were two moms and their sons, three couples, me and a man behind me. Out of the 7 transactions, 6 women paid! You can't JUST have "pink" stuff for us, when we're the one's forking out the cash!

I must say , if your going to go here ask for Allan. He went over and beyond for me on helping me purchase a pair of Jordans for my daughter's birthday. So me and the wife were browsing around the mall. We entered champs and Allan asked if we needed help . I said yes ,asked for my daughter's size which they had . I opened the box and found some flaws on the sneakers. They only had two pairs left , I knew my daughter would love them ,but I was hesitant to purchase because of the flaws and for $130 dollars could you blame me. The flaws were some dirt spots and I would like to add it was pink suede. Allan then said we would try to clean them for me if I would like ...I said yeah if you didn't mind . I couldn't believe that he took the time to do it(that was a first for me having someone attempt and offer to clean the sneakers) ,,, and he did a fantastic job doing so. Now Allan in my eyes is the ideal employee for Champs. Not only was he very knowledgeable about sneakers, he is honest and very thoughtful and has the customers interests in mind . I know he didn't clean them to make a sale,but in fact to gain another customer and brighten up a 14 year olds face on her birthday. He should definitely be given raise for the simple fact of you don't find dedicated workers like that anymore. GREAT JOB ALLAN !!!!!!!! my daughter was so excited when she saw them ...I will be stopping in more often for purchases ... Thank you Champs and most of all thank you Allan 5 stars across the board.
