I brought my SUV there expecting to spend money but it was a transmission problem torque converter to be exact. he went out of his way replaced the fuse the guy that sold me the truck pulled out so I couldn't get codes friends of mine that suggested the place had me going there for about 20 years and they've done loads of great work for them. I'll be going back soon to get a tune up. they are fair with their prices as well

A wonderful experience. I had my engine replaced. I brought them an engine. They helped me hoist it out of my van. They had my engine in the car and running in four days. He gave my a great price on labor. Was honest and informative about my car. Told me what else needed too be replaced. My engine is running great. I would like to share the pleasant experience I had at this auto repair shop.I own a 2006 Toyota Camry. Since yesterday afternoon I was having problem with the trunk latch as a result the trunk of my car would not close. I took my car to Mike Erdman Toyota, a swanky new Toyota facility in Cocoa Florida. They told me that they would run a detailed diagnostics before addressing the problem. I did not want to pay for the detailed diagnostics so I ordered the replacement trunk at the same dealership. This morning I picked up the part and drove my car to Brother repair shop in Merritt Island.The owner of Brother repair shop, Don was very gracious. He promptly attended to my car and fixed the trunk latch in less than five minutes. For the five minutes job Toyota dealership wanted me to leave my car with them for one day. My decision to get my car fixed at Brother repair shop instead of Toyota dealership paid off in terms of time and more importantly money.

Ok. I've been to Brothers twice in the last couple of weeks. Both times 5 ?!After spending $700 at that Triangle rip off place. $125hr for diagnostics is nuts! Especially when Nothing got fixed.Anyway, Don after about 15 seconds knew what the problem was. I got parts, and brought them back to Don. A couple hours later he called me to come and pick it up.Hey folks, Don does have a personality! Just takes a couple of minutes of talking to him.?So refreshing to not hear "we'll have to run diagnostics to find out why your tire is low!" or "if you can leave your car for a couple of days?", etc. You all have heard it. ESPECIALLY at Dealerips.

Don at Brother's Auto Repair in Merritt Island is a true local business hero that has serviced this area for decades. Him and his team are seasoned professionals and can get any job done. He has gone out of his way for me and my family multiple times to ensure we have what we need to hit the road safety again. Awful customer service. I think they should think about the fact that if someone is coming to you about something, they obviously don’t know how to fix it or they wouldn’t be coming to you. Your costumers come for a service not to get belittled and feel uneducated afterwards on something that is not common knowledge unless you work on cars. My boyfriend came and you made him feel completely stupid when he isn’t a car professional. Learn to respect your costumers because I will not be back and neither will anyone I know.
