Got signed up for magazine subscriptions, told after the free trial that I would just stop receiving them. Currently having to reach out to the magazine companies to cancel. Tried to reach out to BAM customer service about this and was just sent a corporate response and told to keep trying with the other magazine companies or can try to call BAMs corporate office and wait maybe 45 days to cancel.
I get needing to sell things, but be more honest and upfront about it then. Looked through reviews and I'm not the only person having these problems with the company.
Will be going to a different book store from now on. Such a disappointment.

Excellent bookstore, large collection, well organized shelves, clean and pleasant place, super competent staff, polite and ready to serve you, it's worth a visit.

I love the smell of walking into a bookstore. The staff is very friendly and I went home with a few new books from the clearance shelf. 3 books for under $20!

This was a wonderful book store we ran across. It’s very similar to a Barnes and Noble. The store was well maintained and very clean and signed very well. We would go back if we are in that area again.
