I actually showed up an hour early, entirely my fault. Ilona said she’d take care of me and she did. I was out of their with all the work done before 9 am. Took less than 60 minutes. She’s awesome and always in a good mood.

Large selection of vehicles. But as soon as you get out of your car, the sales staff swarm you like flies on poop. I enjoy walking a lot or dealership alone. Sometimes, you just want some space to take things in at your own pace. I have stopped by this dealership twice in the last three months and got the same treatment. I guess management feels that if you are alone, they are not doing their job. Or the competition between sales reps is on a first come, first serve bases, so there is no teamwork here. The funny thing is, with the ratio of reps so high to number of customers the two times I was here, I truly believe if you had a question or needed help, you could easily find a rep to answer without the need to pounce. I get it that times are tough in the industry, especially for this brand, but come on.
To make matters worse, they advertise a large discount on the vehicles on line, only to be shown the Marked up extra addendum window sticker with an addition $3,999 on all the vehicles I looked at (Jeeps). This may have been acceptable a year or two ago when there was limited inventory, but today, there are vehicles with over 200 days on the lot, with no shortage in site. I would think this dealer would want to move vehicles, which would mean ripping those addendum stickers off. When I see that, I just want to run.

Good service as always and Ilona from services has always been an excellent (people person) along with knowledge in what she’s does and amazing costumer service skills. I have been a costumer since 2016 and Ilona was there since with same level of treatment. ✊

Nick our sales rep was amazing. He helped me and my daughter get 2 brand new 2025 Ram 1500 trucks. Any issues were solved immediately and everyone at Boniface Heirs were respectful and kind. I highly recommend them.

I recently purchased a brand new 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Boniface Hiers Jeep in Cocoa. I had a very pleasant buying experience with everyone i dealt with. That includes Nick the salesman and Frank from the business office. They were extremely friendly and professional. Nick was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He took his time to answer all my questions and to this day still follows up to make sure I am completely satisfied. I would definitely recommend this dealership .

I stopped going to them after 1 year. Every time I went in my bill was 300 plus. Always had waiting time over 1 hour. At this time Boniface was in Melbourne. I go to 2000 auto. Love them. Have been going for years.

Stopped in for an oil change on a recommendation from a co worker. From the beginning llona was nothing short of spectacular! She gave me the information on file for my wrangler that I purchased from another dealership, updated the information they had incorrectly input for contact and even called to let me know the gasket was unsatisfactory for reusing after the oil change. I will use this dealership from here on out for any of my maintenance or warranty work needed. 10 out of 10 for this dealer and their staff.
