Colby is awesome. Took the time to diagnose the issue with our tire that we couldn't figure out, fixed it quite quickly and got us on our way. Was very kind and explained everything to us well. Super knowledgeable for a guy so young. We will always come here now for tire needs as long as he's working.

Just stopped at BJ's tire Center to have my air checked in my tires, my car is telling me there's a tire pressure sensor fault. The nicest young man named Josh came out and explain so much to me, was so intelligent and so courteous, he checked the centers on all my tires which I didn't even know they were sensors in my tire. He checked the air on all of them I mean I have not been this impressed with a young man's attitude knowledge and politeless in a long time! Forever Josh's manager is they need to be sure and hang on to him!

WE ORDERED A WATER SLIDE AND PAID OVER. 100$ IN SHIPPING. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE HERE TUESDAY AND HERE WE ARE GOING OM FRIDAY AND ITS STILL NOT HERE.. YOU HAVE A MOMMA BEAR GETTING MORE MADER AND MADER BY THE MINUTE. HOW DO I KEEP TELLING MY 5 YO THAT HE AINT GETTING IT YET AGAIN. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOUR COMPANY AGAIN... NOR RECOMMEND IT.

Gas Station Hours as of July 16th, 2022. Very crowded most of the time. Wish they would turn the direction of traffic around.

This place is clean and CS is friendly and helpful. They have a good selection. Sometimes they don't stock the product they have coupons for. The gas station on the other hand is a complete disaster. They put it in the wrong place. Cars back up into the street making it difficult to get into the parking area. The gas attendants don't do anything but stand around. They should directing people to gas pump lanes.

Great selection of food, produce, clothing, etc. They also have a deli and bakery, overall I recommend shopping here over Sam's.

I've shopped at this store since it was open. I've ALWAYS had great service and friendly service at checkout counters and as I'm greeted when entering or leaving the store. Hardee is one of the greeters and he's always pleasant and always a smile. I've been super impressed at the deli and meat departments over the years. I never get an attitude when I ask to have my deli meat and cheese cut a certain thickness even when requesting "paper thin" on the prosciutto. They separate each layer with paper for cheeses and thin meats, they take the right amount of time when it's my turn at the counter and when it's busy they help each other and they are accommodating right up to just before closing the deli no matter who is at the counter. Kudos to the deli / meat manager who leads this department. Lastly their prices and selection bests Sams hands down in most of the store. I do go to Sams for some items but my preference is Merritt Island BJ's.

Was walking around minding my own business and employee started following me for now apparent reason. maybe thought i was stealing. never in my life i have been arrested before , they profile you on how you look. if you have tattoos and built they will think youre a criminal and youre stealing. cant believe we have been spending our hard earned money here. check the supervisor.

Poor customer service. Lisa and Tiffany who introduced themselves as the Managers didn’t even offer any help. Instead of fixing the issue they chose to argue with the customers. They need to go back to Customer Service training. Allen- BJ’s cashier extended his help instead. Although he is just a cashier he showed us respect and empathize with us.

Dalton is 5 star plus. He is running the place doing everything by himself. His coworkers do not come in till later leaving him doing EVERYTHING before they arrive. What corporate is doing to him is not nice. I would understand a big turnover because of this. What an asset Dalton is to this department.It isn't fair to Dalton and it isn't fair to the customers that he is working alone. My star rating is based on BJ's(corporate) NOT Dalton for not having their act together. Because of BJ's Corporate an appointment that only took Dalton 15 minutes to do took 2 hours with an appointment. Thanks BJ.
