Do NOT take a cell phone in for repair. I took a Note 20 Ultra in for camera lens cover replacement. They told me the entire back would need to be replaced, as its all one piece. They quoted me around $250 (give or take.. I don't remember exactly), to fix it. When I picked it up, the back glass was still the same. The gentleman that works on them told me it didn't need to be replaced but the portion that encases the cameras did. Its a separate little piece that is not part of the back glass and midframe. I recently took the same phone apart to fix it myself. I saw that everything they told me was false and I was severely overcharged. All that needed replaced was the glass that goes over the cameras, which is $12 on ebay for OEM. $9 and less for generic. If they are charging approx $240 for a 45 minute job, they are ripping people off. At least I can speak for myself. Had I not taken the phone apart myself, id have never known how it was assembled. Even if they don't replace camera lens glass, but replace the entire camera "bump out", that part on ebay is less that $25 for OEM. Average of $16 for generic. I had this work done several months ago. So it's far too late to go back to the store.
Lastly, to add insult to injury, the glass they used to replace my broken lens cover was obviously a generic and cheap piece of glass. All my photos were coming out blurry and it was difficult to get it to focus. The cause if this is the cheap glass they used, delaminating. There is a film on it that is partially coming off from the inside, causing photos to be blurry. Thus isn't to shame them. This is to warn others and take 5 minutes to do a quick YouTube search on your phone's issues and see whats going on. They know most people will never see the inside of their phones.
I hate leaving negative reviews, but the blantant lies from this store made me feel compelled to at least warn others.

I am very pleased with the service here. I called yesterday and the gentleman took his time explaining my options. I brought my van in today and Glenn installed the battery, ensuring everything was done right.

Someone told me they do watch batteries, so I stopped in to see. They do! I couldn't open a vintage watch from the 80's and he was able to get it open and put in a new battery for me. They have a large selection of bulbs and batteries, just like there sign says. Parking is tight, be careful.

My charging cable failed and there wasn’t a USBC to USBC cable in stock, so these guys sold me one of their support cables that they use themselves. Thank you for getting me back up and running quickly!

Have bought many batteries in the past. Often very low on electrolyte. Make sure you check. Store employee claims they have no way of adding. Also charge is often well below the advertised 75%. Make sure you charge before use on a smart charger.

I was told that you would except my business check at first but when I sent someone to buy what I needed I then was told that you would not take my check. You went out of your way to then except my business check and for that I was very thankful!

Great staff at the Merritt Island Florida Batteries Plus!
I was educated on how to care for my motorcycle battery. And wow and unheard of two-year warranty!
I also picked up a real nice flashlight that was on sale! What a deal!

David at the MI branch was super helpful and explained how to rewire my garage lights to bypass/remove the ballast and put in T8 linear tubes. Process was super easy and took less than 5min but I am pretty handy. Great service and highly recommend.

I am so IMPRESSED! I have never brought in a phone for repair and I was nervous because I thought it was going to be so expensive but I would have paid more than twice the amount to get a new one if I hadn't went with them. The level of professionalism and the efficiency was insane! By the time I had finished having a conversation (they were very personable) and left the store the tech had already finished! (it was a slower day so don't expect it always) HOWEVER I have never experienced a more professional job. They gave me my phone back better than when I had dropped it off! I was in and out in less than an hour! I think it was Sydney who serviced my phone but overall 10/10! You get what you pay for and I love the experience I had! I will be referring people only to this place moving forward!

I just bought a lithium battery charger in the Store, whent home and saw, it was a open Box sale, not very nicely stuffed back in the Box and then nicely taped, so nobody would suspect foul play. I called when I saw what was going on, but all the offered was returning the Item and give me a new one. OK at least that, but I have to drive 20 miles back and forth, and then the next guy just gets the used one. You could do better than that! Just play fair, even Harbour Freight does better than that. Next time it's Amazon for 25 $ instead of you guys for 90$. You lost one more customer!!!
