“This place is awesome! Kelley was so delightful to deal with, thorough and organized. He was able to quickly tell me if what I was looking for was available. They were the only yard that had our kind of car that we needed a part from - and went above and beyond to test it out as it was possible to do so. They then had it pulled and ready for us within 1.5 - 2 hours. Hope they have what you need because they are the best!
I’m adding to my review!!! We were fixing our part we picked up earlier and noticed there was a small, tiny piece we needed additionally, since ours was broken. It was closing time and they still went and grabbed it for us so we could pick up after hours. Amazing customer service!!! Top notch.”
“I brought my 328i up to this shop for all new brake work. Josh is a great mechanic, definitely knows his stuff, and some. His shop is clean & well organized which tells me he takes his craft seriously. How a shop is run and maintained tells me everything I need to know about how my vehicle will be treated. It is almost impossible these days to find honest and knowledgeable people to work on vehicles, esp. nuanced imports like BMW & Porsche. “I came to them with a terrible rattle that at first looked liked a catalytic coverter issue. I got the qoute an agreed to the repairs, after being there for some time Alf came in and told me that the catalytic converter was working fine it was the honeycomb casing around it that needed repairs and the cost was less than $100 to fix!!!!!!!! Huge thank you to the mechanic or mechanics that worked on my car I appreciate you so much and wish I knew your name or names. Thank you to Sean and Alf for taking the time to explain things to me! I will definitely be back for further work to my Subaru :)”
“We have been trying to find a shop that we trust for years. I think we finally found it! They are evidently knowledgeable and have great customer service. We needed an oil change and my van has been squealing. Long story short, a fix had been diagnosed and replaced and it was still making noise. The mechanics cleaned my car up and changed the belt again and voila my car is still not making noise a week later. They even offered to check again to see how bad the leak is that caused the noise in the first place. We will be going back!”
“I just had my front seats done by Mark. 1998 LS400. I bought the seats from a vendor (which Mark trusted) and had him install them.
Mark built up the old foam around my seats before putting in the new upholstery. They look fantastic and feel better than new.
Here's what I've learned dealing with Mark. He communicates well, he is accurate on pricing, and he really wants you to be on time. He runs a tight ship, so don't be a flake.
If you run on time, he will run on time. He has a shop phone and doesn't text. He is also booked 4-6 weeks in advance. None of this is a problem. Be a good customer and he will provide a great service.
I'm going back in 6 weeks to have him finish the job because the vendor sent the parts late. Not Mark's fault. I look forward to seeing him again.”
