“Bought some new rims for my truck which I had just put new tires on. I called a couple of the 'big tire stores' and was told 'we don't swap rims unless you buy new tires.' Nelson, at Space Coast Auto Center said 'sure, we'll do it for you', which was a welcomed relief. I made the appointment and dropped my truck off. Got a call a few hours later and was told it was ready. When I got to his shop, my truck was ready and waiting. The job was done a a fair price and done well. I recommend this shop highly! Nice folks and good service at a good price. Can't ask for much more than that in today's world!”

Serpentine belt was off in 10 minutes, the new belt arrived 5 minutes later, I was out in 30 minutes, and he even checked & added oil. Always thorough.

“I felt the need to leave a 5 star review based off my expierence with Jimmie Vickers Tires and Auto repair shop! I was doing delivieries and realised I had a flat tire , it was well after 5pm. I pulled up there and even though they were closed they still fixed my tire. They could have easily lied to me and told me that I needed a new tire but they didnt!!!!!!( it wasnt a nail, it was valve stem) They basically saved my life because I live in Melbourne!!!!!! They gained a new customer, so I will be back for a oil change and check up!”

“Dealership treated me well. When I purchased 2 vehicles the same day
(Any dealership would do back flips to sell 2 vehicles at the same time)
BUT. They requested that when Nissan sent me a survey, please bring it in to us, and we will fill it out. (Happy to let them get their back slap from Nissan)
However, when I received a survey around week 2 or 3, I rode to the dealership.
For me, those are about a 35 to 40 mile trips.
I was promised a free oil change on each of my purchases.
After arriving, I was told this wasn't the right survey, and they erased it from my phone.
"Wait a little longer."
I received a second survey at around 2 1/2 months.
I again rode to the dealership, only to be told the first survey was the right one. Not this one.
So because of their incompetence, that survey was gone, and I drive another 80 round trip for NOTHING.
Of course, because we never filled out a survey. No oil change!
Now, I am perfectly able to fill out the survey out on my own. (I'm a masters level trained nurse), but since they asked, I was happy to help out.
Lesson learned. Don't leave things up to knuckle dragging salespeople. Handle things yourself.
(Kinda makes me wonder? Who here is actually the knuckle dragging idiot?

“I just had my front seats done by Mark. 1998 LS400. I bought the seats from a vendor (which Mark trusted) and had him install them.
Mark built up the old foam around my seats before putting in the new upholstery. They look fantastic and feel better than new.
Here's what I've learned dealing with Mark. He communicates well, he is accurate on pricing, and he really wants you to be on time. He runs a tight ship, so don't be a flake.
If you run on time, he will run on time. He has a shop phone and doesn't text. He is also booked 4-6 weeks in advance. None of this is a problem. Be a good customer and he will provide a great service.
I'm going back in 6 weeks to have him finish the job because the vendor sent the parts late. Not Mark's fault. I look forward to seeing him again.”
“I had an issue while visiting from out of town and Angel, the service advisor made me feel like part of the family! My local dealership never made me feel welcome since I didn’t buy my car from them but Angel knew I was visiting and still provided excellent service, offer pick up and delivery and what a great job they did washing my car!
I would highly recommend Lincoln of Melbourne and wouldn’t hesitate to visit them again if and when I am in the area.”
“We have been trying to find a shop that we trust for years. I think we finally found it! They are evidently knowledgeable and have great customer service. We needed an oil change and my van has been squealing. Long story short, a fix had been diagnosed and replaced and it was still making noise. The mechanics cleaned my car up and changed the belt again and voila my car is still not making noise a week later. They even offered to check again to see how bad the leak is that caused the noise in the first place. We will be going back!”

“Went in for an oil change. Josh and tech were very personable and professional. I asked them to check air filter and cabin filter as well. Both were fine.
