BUT. They requested that when Nissan sent me a survey, please bring it in to us, and we will fill it out. (Happy to let them get their back slap from Nissan)
However, when I received a survey around week 2 or 3, I rode to the dealership.
For me, those are about a 35 to 40 mile trips.
I was promised a free oil change on each of my purchases.
After arriving, I was told this wasn't the right survey, and they erased it from my phone.
"Wait a little longer."
I received a second survey at around 2 1/2 months.
I again rode to the dealership, only to be told the first survey was the right one. Not this one.
So because of their incompetence, that survey was gone, and I drive another 80 round trip for NOTHING.
Of course, because we never filled out a survey. No oil change!
Now, I am perfectly able to fill out the survey out on my own. (I'm a masters level trained nurse), but since they asked, I was happy to help out.
Lesson learned. Don't leave things up to knuckle dragging salespeople. Handle things yourself.

“We had some rust on our daughter’s 2018 Honda. It ate right through the hood. Ray was very polite and quick with a estimate. They ordered a new hood, painted and blended to match the paint on the Honda and it looks fantastic, they even fixed a missing clip on the bumper. This establishment was very clean, professional and did a fabulous job. So glad I found them.”

“Omg everytime I go to OReilly’s on merrit island, The staff there help me so much. I just recently had clutch work done by a mechanic and said mechanic didn’t put fluid back into my transmission and it blew my transmission. I was lost and confused but Steven the assistant manager and his colleagues helped me find a transmission at a fair price! TY STEVEN!! It’s been a nightmare for me cause of this set back but these guys have been the light at the end of the tunnel for me . They need recognition for sure!!”
