“This place is awesome! Kelley was so delightful to deal with, thorough and organized. He was able to quickly tell me if what I was looking for was available. They were the only yard that had our kind of car that we needed a part from - and went above and beyond to test it out as it was possible to do so. They then had it pulled and ready for us within 1.5 - 2 hours. Hope they have what you need because they are the best!
I’m adding to my review!!! We were fixing our part we picked up earlier and noticed there was a small, tiny piece we needed additionally, since ours was broken. It was closing time and they still went and grabbed it for us so we could pick up after hours. Amazing customer service!!! Top notch.”

“Omg everytime I go to OReilly’s on merrit island, The staff there help me so much. I just recently had clutch work done by a mechanic and said mechanic didn’t put fluid back into my transmission and it blew my transmission. I was lost and confused but Steven the assistant manager and his colleagues helped me find a transmission at a fair price! TY STEVEN!! It’s been a nightmare for me cause of this set back but these guys have been the light at the end of the tunnel for me . They need recognition for sure!!”

“Dealership treated me well. When I purchased 2 vehicles the same day
(Any dealership would do back flips to sell 2 vehicles at the same time)
BUT. They requested that when Nissan sent me a survey, please bring it in to us, and we will fill it out. (Happy to let them get their back slap from Nissan)
However, when I received a survey around week 2 or 3, I rode to the dealership.
For me, those are about a 35 to 40 mile trips.
I was promised a free oil change on each of my purchases.
After arriving, I was told this wasn't the right survey, and they erased it from my phone.
"Wait a little longer."
I received a second survey at around 2 1/2 months.
I again rode to the dealership, only to be told the first survey was the right one. Not this one.
So because of their incompetence, that survey was gone, and I drive another 80 round trip for NOTHING.
Of course, because we never filled out a survey. No oil change!
Now, I am perfectly able to fill out the survey out on my own. (I'm a masters level trained nurse), but since they asked, I was happy to help out.
Lesson learned. Don't leave things up to knuckle dragging salespeople. Handle things yourself.
(Kinda makes me wonder? Who here is actually the knuckle dragging idiot?
Probably me.)”

“They did a great job repairing my truck. I especially appreciate how they worked with my insurance company behind the scenes, so all I had to do was drop it off and pick it up.

Once again, I find myself in need of body work. Same vehicle, different accident.
I am again blown away with their quality work and customer service!
There was excellent communication from start to finish. They got the repairs done way ahead of schedule. They also worked with the rental company, so I didn't have to do a big car shuffle. Just drop off and pick up right there. To top it all off, they cleaned the inside of the truck! I won't use anyone else for body work.
