Josh Segarra is a amazing insurance agent . I have been with acceptance insurance for a few years they are very affordable and consistent with answering and returning phone calls I wouldn’t trade this office and company for no other thank you for everything .

Giovonni M is so amazing!! This amazing person gave me a really low rate! I mean he saved me at least 200 bucks! He's awesome and when you call for a quote please request him! He's gonna get you right! Customer service was hittin as well! Professionalism was a 10 boo! And going above and beyond was top notch! Give him a raise acceptance insurance! Never get rid of him!

I spoke with Joshua regarding my policy and not only have I been with the company almost 4 years , I became bewildered once they merged with a new company . ….. but by the Grace of God my prayers are always in the prayer line for the Lord because I was able to speak with a Knowledgeable representative as well as an informative and down to earth person . … because at times us as a consumer can be fussy without remembering “ These guys are here to actually help us “ ! I love my insurance company and wouldnt trade them for NO OTHER !

I went in to get pip, 10,000.00 insurance. Was charged 138.55 down on a 401.00 policy. Josh re-configured the amount, what I had requested after receiving the down Payment and giving me the declarations page of 10,000.00 insurance alone. He made on his own additions after the transactions we made to 740.00 plus from the 401.00 by adding road assistance and other additions. I caught on to the rip off and went back immediately and cancelled. This transaction in it's entirety took less than a hour. At this point, Acceptance is charging 70.00 for cancelation fee and saying they returned the remainder to my Bank Account that shows no such transaction. STAY CLEAR OF THIS RIP OFF JOINT!!! They , at present robbed me outright for 138.55 for an hour of their scam.

Have been using this insurance company for a few years. Love how courteous and accommodating they are. We insure 3 vehicles and 3 drivers and it's still not to expensive.
