The male person who answered the phone was very rude.. So rude. It makes me glad I no longer have insurance with this company. Not understanding of anyone. Doesn't give a grace period for payments. Wants you to pay a full 6 months even when you try to explain something. The guy just interrupted and said he didn't want to hear anything. I ended up hanging up. How miserable is your life that you have to be that rude to someone.
