I was referred to Outlaw Marine from a friend that had outstanding service. I brought my 1985 Mastercraft to Don and his team for a complete overhaul on the boat. They were very attentive to detail and did a beautiful job mechanically. Had to return for an adjustment, the mechanic Charles was very patient and helpful. His work perfected our boat.

Very poor customer service! Been waiting 2 weeks for these bozos to show up to repair my boat. They have not shown up when they said they would on 4 separate occasions. Very disappointing and frankly their behavior is disrespectful.

We had an amazing experience with Outlaw Marine who went well beyond normal customer service, and for a small sale for them. It started on eBay where they had the exact Bimini top we needed for sale and they did quick turnaround (we had family arriving) and then helped us problem solve (over phone Texas to Florida) other problems we had with the Bimini frame. I can’t imagine the customer service onewould get with a larger transaction! Thank you!

Awful! Old man has lost it if he ever had it. He is a half asser! $1400 and everything he did had to be replaced. He needs to fold-up shop!!!!

Outlaw Marine shows up! They bring decades of experience. Our vacation was failing with a broken POS Mastercraft. Their office actually returned my weekend call first thing in the morning and Don rearranged his day to come to our airbnb to diagnose and repair our boat. Thanks Don and Thomas
