It's never ideal when your truck brakes go out in a place that isn't your home. I found Bill, the owner of this establishment, to be fair and honest. And, he did a great job fixing my brakes.

Called to ask for a price of an oil change ..he said $45 Dollars when I ask if that was for sintetic oil or conventional the owner and i quoted straight just told me"Come on don't be ridiculous" and hang up on me before I can even tell him that I didn't have much knowledge on this that's why I was asking..what I rude men ..he will never see a dime from me ..I try to support local business and this is what I get ...

I called and asked for a price on something. He said I have 1 computer and 4 people standing in front me. I said well this isn’t something that requires a computer. He said well I can’t answer your question till at least tomorrow. I said I just need a labor quote. He said ok and hung up. Unbelievable. Must be nice to be so busy you don’t need clients or money.

Took a five quart jug of oil and a filter to these guys today for my '14 Highlander 2.7L. It requires somewhere around 4.6 quarts with a new filter, but they would have none of that, insisting it required 6 quarts. I wasn't going to argue with them, the dipstick an inch and a half above the full mark and the owners manual in my hand, it was getting a little embarrassing. So I drove home and dropped a quart and then some to get the level right. Apparently they don't even know how to reset the maintenance light. The way I see it, if a auto repair facility can't handle a simple oil change, what kind of trouble can come from more serious repairs?Service: Oil change
