Staff is always kind and willing to help and as soon as you walk through the door they greet you…they always have knowledge as to what you need and why.they explain everything in detail and there prices are low compared to other places like Home Depot,Lowes and other hardware stores…Ace Hardware In Melrose is literally the best and very family oriented

Friendly folks, they have everything I need. A bit more expensive than the big box stores, but considering the drive to any of those, I'll gladly pay the little extra. The store is clean, neat,well stocked and organized.

I’ve used this store for three years that I’ve lived here but, I will no longer spend a dollar in this store went to get some lumber the guy was very rude ask him to trade three pieces of ply board he told my husband he didn’t like touching things twice… so with that being said I won’t darken their doorstep ever again workers there act like you are a pain if you ask any questions or need help so I will take my business somewhere else…
