The variety and change-up of the workouts is top notch and unrivaled. I love that it's for everyone at every stage. My mom comes to class with me when she visits and we are one two different workout levels, and we both can enjoy it together. I love taking the 'challenge options', and I love that the instructors get to know you, your goals, and your abilities individually. I could never push myself like they do, and I'm thankful for it. Speaking of the instructors, they are kind, upbeat, bubbly and will make you feel the best about yourself. They are helpful and extremely easy to communicate with. If you like Barre but have tried different options like Bar Method please try this place out. I promise you they won't disappoint! She was worried about sizing so she wanted to go in person to make sure sizing wouldn’t be an issue.
