Hi my name is Benou D I lived at windover Palm for 2 yrs never had an issues up until miss Debra left and this crazy lady name Kimberly took over. My lease was to be over April 30th I have been on travel assignment since December I came back on April 13th to move my stuff out I returned the key April 15th. I had a balance for a month and a half of rent Kimberly felt the need to temper with my apartment she uploaded a bunch of pictures of a different apartment saying I left the apartment damage what she fell to know is I have picture of the unit that I stayed in before I left my apartment 470-12 was spotless my carpet was clean now they are charging me damages fee why would you do something like that she’s so racist this evil lady went and uploaded pictures of a different unit and said this was my apartment now I’m coming to Florida and I’m taking her and the Apartment to court for uploading the wrong apartment pictures and for defamation of character the apartment company is charging me almost $3000 including damages she has the right person you will never try me again I will deal with you in court

Here is my honest review, Keshia is amazing she really helped me in my process I'm sure I got on her nerves but she never stopped helping me she was always very professional, She definitely went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I would give her 10 stars but I took off one because of the trash by the dumpster and resident who let their dog poop in front of my door and the people I see throwing trash onto the grass. Respect where you live.

Everyone in the office is so nice and always ready to help with any situation. My neighbors are wonderful and friendly. I especially like Ms. Kimberly Judd. She's so kind and always available.
I would recommend any family oriented person to rent an apartment here at Windover Palms.

Keisha was wonderful to work with from day 1!! As well as the rest of the office staff. In moving from my old place into my new one I encountered issue after issue . Keisha was always available to answer any questions I had as well as helping me get into my new home at Windover Palms literally with no stress whatsoever. And for that I give her Kudos so many other people and complexes I dealt with during this proces basically told me what I wanted to hear with none of the problems being taken care of ,if they even answered the phone at all!! Thank You Keisha for all that you did and didn't have to and for going the extra mile to make my move as stress free as possible !!! There need to be more people like you in the world !!!

Making the best moving decisions IS really difficult! Keisha (leasing agent) was VERY PATIENT with my consistent questions/emails in the process. The management and maintenance made effort to ensure my personal health concerns were addressed that this would become my HOME that I can heal and enjoy in! The lake view is soothing and the neighbors in my building have been friendly and helpful!
