Needed a PS-100 shaft seal for my Gould's irrigation pump. Most pump shops near me didn't answer the phone. West Melbourne Pump had the part and were fair on the price.Definitely not for the Home Depot throw away and replace crowd. If you can't fix your pump yourself, take it here and have it fixed.

Same day service not once but twice, and good phone support for DIY. I saved $600 coming here. I sent them to my buddy of mine, he saved him $850 from a plumbers quote who failed at troubleshooting the pump properly. That plumber said the pump was burned out. Turned out to be only a pressure switch adjustment and a missed glue joint. Everyone in town will tell you that you can't repair a pump. Here, they can.

$20'000.00 Dollars West Melbourne Pump has saved us. This is now our 3rd time using thier services to repair our specialized pumps in our older but well maintained equipment. Tom repaired the bearings on my variable speed pool pump quickly and did a great job. I installed and worked just like new, was reasonably priced and no drama. I'd recommend him and will go to him in the future.

After two attempts, my pump still leaks, asked to get back the money I paid the first time, he refused unless i gave him my pump. Not gonna happen. Learn from my mistake, he is small time business, with poor quality work. So lost $166, found i can buy new part online for half that price. Problem solved, wasted 3 hours transporting pump and installing for nothing.

I had a 1.5HP Century pool pump that stopped working on Thursday before Memorial Day weekend. I checked the caps before taking it to Tom. It was repaired in less than 2 hrs, looking new, and running quieter than it was before. Was back up and running for the weekend.
