Joe was so patient with us and accommodating. It was a pleasure to work with Joe. I left an heirloom ring with him and the silversmith for reworking it into a pendant and I felt very secure that my heirloom will be treated with respect.

I came in to Wesche Jewelers this afternoon to get a new pin put into grandfather’s watch that was gifted to me as a graduation present. Before I even made it up the steps, the front door was already opened for me by Marc who ended up helping me get my watch fixed and wearable by the time I walked out the door. The staff are extremely friendly, the facility is extremely clean (and quite large!), and Marc even helped me figure out how to reset the time and the couple of other features on the watch. I would totally recommend this place to anyone looking for jewelry repair and/or purchasing. I’m so grateful they were able to help me fix what’s now a family heirloom! Thank you so much, Marc.

Mark greeted us at the door and introduced us to Andrew. We called ahead to let them know what we were looking for. They were very prepared when we arrived. The first ring and center stone was all we needed to see. Simply stunning with its beauty. Then we selected our wedding bands. Andrew was very professional and informative.Thank you for making our engagement perfect in every way!

Honestly I’ve never been so disappointed in a jewelry store that had such good reviews. We walked in as a young freshly engaged couple ready to spend a couple grand on a men’s and women’s wedding bands each. We were told that we would be helped in 5-15 minutes. Then proceeded to be blatantly ignored by every salesperson in the store. After waiting nearly an hour, and being avoided at all cost like we had the plague. the door lady stopped a water person from coming to us. I walked over to ask what was going on to be told they had a special event and that we probably wouldn’t be able to be helped at all that day. Said there was potential at the end of the day. 100% felt avoided due to how we dressed and our age. If there was a special event and the place was completely booked. Why did the door lady not tell us right away, she had a tablet that would have showed no openings. They did not respect our time. I will never recommend this place to anyone
