It seems like they are always understaffed here. I’ve never had an issue with the workers, they all are very kind! However, it is faster to drive 20 minutes out of the way to another location, rather than this location, even for a simple cash deposit.

To be quite honest, I’m shocked to see even 1 5 star review because my experience there yesterday was atrocious. Let’s begin with I’ve had my account for 15 years. I go through the drive-through because I currently have Covid and this was an emergency situation. Quite literally. So I tell the woman on the speaker that I’d be more than happy to come in but I do have Covid so it’s probably best that I stay in my car. She said “hold on, I need to ask my manager.” She had me sitting there for 20 minutes before again I Push the call button & ask “should I just come in?” She can repeated “I’m waiting to see from my manager.” She then comes back about 10 minutes later, mind you she is aware I have Covid at this point, and tells me basically they can’t help me bc of the type of account that I have. (All I needed was a check so that I can void it and turn it in. The company that needs it is very specific on what they wanted And I advised this to the woman initially) she proceeded to tell me it’s not possible… when I’ve gotten a check from the branch at least 3 times prior. So the manager comes to the speaker & again tells me he doesn’t see how I’ve done it because it’s literally impossible… giggling as if I’m lying or something about this is funny… OK fine, you don’t want to give me the check, that’s cool! Can someone give me a letter on Wells Fargo letterhead with the information that I need? “Well, ma’am, that’s on your statement” he replies. I said “I’m well aware what’s on my bank statement as I’ve had this account for 15 years, but like I told the previous woman, this company will not accept that. So can someone just type me up something real quick please?” This ignorant, entitled, no customer service skills having man blatantly refused to do anything to help me. Told me to pull forward & call the 800 number & get my account switched. OK fine! like I said, ITS AN EMERGENCY!!!! So I pull forward, call customer service, change the account type, go to pull back around & conveniently, they’re closed. Mind you this has been a matter of 10 minutes. I walk up to the door bc again, EMERGENCY, & they all just look at me like I’m a freaking clown. Literally, the worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere, and I will never go back there again. It was almost bad enough to pull all of my accounts from Wells Fargo in general.

Its always a good experience coming to Wells Fargo. In NY they are not as pleasant as l have found branches out of state to be. Georgia and Florida seem to be very good so far. They are very professional and get you to crack a smile before you leave. I highly recommend Wells Fargo.

Seems like they are always understaffed inside. I've seen long lines waiting for tellers multiple times now and have waited 15+ minutes for simple things. Would recommend using other branches if possible.

How are you guys a bank and you can't issue out a debit card for someone that got their wallet stolen? I was immediately asked if I had a cell phone, I then asked are you going to tell me to do it through the app, he said yep... The only reason I have you guys as a bank is because you are literally in my neighborhood and I felt like you guys could help when needed much faster than an online service bank. Oh well, I guess I'll be switching banks.

Absolute worst experience ever!! My step daughter attempted to open up her own checking account and the banker chose to ramble on and on. Even after I told her we were pressed for time. The banker was told the type of account she wanted and instead of starting the process, she proceeds to argue her down and attempt to force her to get the account SHE thought was best. She then had an appointment and after wasting about 45 minutes of our time she said we could come back. Extremely disappointing. Will not give them my business and I suggest you do the same.
