Not hard to see why they have a 2.9 star rating at this branch. The tellers were next level rude. Im politly asking for change and thats a big hassel? I get you need change for everyone but once you told me you did not have enough cents to spare you just said thanks for coming and walked away. Did not ask if i had any other business to do here or if i had a business acct which i do. Rude as hell and this is not the first time i have had problems with wells fargo.

The manager and customer service and teller bank are patience, I came approached to them I needed help and my mom wanted to speak about my check they immediately said sure and how we can help you? and I called my mom finally connected and they helped me. I am very appreciative and they’re nice people please come to this branch! This is reason why I giving five star!

I went inside this branch to withdraw money from my account. The teller treated me like I was a criminal after providing my DL, Account #, and Last 4 of SS. Her Branch manager stated she was doing her job as I could be an impersonator. This tactic from this branch was none other than Racial Profiling. I immediately went to another branch and closed my account.

Because of deteriorating customer service I went into the bank, to the Teller and told her I wanted to close my account She gave me all the money I had in the account but said she couldn't close it, that I have to call the 800 number. I asked her to put a note on the account anyway that I requested it closed. Later that evening I called the 800 number. Six weeks later I received a Zelle payment via my phone number and instead of the money going to my new account I got notification from Wells Fargo. Went back into the bank and lo and behold the account is still not closed! I sat down with a representative to have the account closed. It is now two weeks since I made my third request and the account is still not closed. I can't get rid of them!

I went to this location to start a bank account at 4:45 and was denied because to start a account would take to long and the staff would not say to help me even with a very large check worth more then 50,000 asking and pleaded with no success and was asked to leave i was very disappointed this by far was the worst experience I have had at this location

They give appointments not respecting timing. Not enough customer service and they don't consider the waiting time.

Came in to cash a savings bond, the were very vocal about how inconvenient it was for them, also very rude to the customer next to me.

Visiting from out of town I stopped in for some help and was told they were too busy. I was told I could make an appointment or try online. Thank you, I will use my own branch back home.

I'm a business owner in Orlando and live in Melbourne. I avoid the WF branches in Orlando if at all possible due to the outstanding service and care I receive at this branch. My wife and I had a 3 pm appointment on Friday . We were greeted by Melissa Fischer who was very accommodating and knowledgeable . Melissa is a great asset for WF along with her other peers which I've had the pleasure of working with over the last year. This is why my business and personal banking will continue to be at WF. They are very racist we tried to take some money out but the ladies out in the windows called there supervisor for a check up on our signatures and now are looking and calling some other people saying that we are a "suspicious activity" and we waited almost 2 hours just to take some money out which we gave them our drivers license and social security's to verify but still that isn't enough and we are Hispanic and they are very rude will close all my accounts and moms account with them and take it somewhere else because they're very rude and racist

They charge excessive fees and have no bankers available to assist. Will close all accounts and never use this bank again

I want to take a moment to highlight Jeffrey Caden for going above and beyond in helping my with a wire transfer with only 20 mins before the bank closed. He was thorough and made sure everything was correct before moving forward! Great experience!!
