This Wawa hit's the main marks - friendly staff, reasonable gas prices, and on-par food. I have never had a standout negative experience here before - I have only a few minor critiques.
The wait time after ordering food can sometimes be longer than expected. It's never been more than 15 minutes for me, but 10 minutes to make a quesadilla in an otherwise empty store seems to fall a bit flat.
Additionally, the free air pump has been broken lately, but when it's operational it is very useful!
Overall this location probably get's a 4.8/5 for me, but I'm happy to round that up to a 5/5!

Y'all need to check the iced coffee more. I'm here 5 days a week and on average, 3 of those 5 days I have to wait for the coffee to be replaced. This is also after telling them a day prior that it seemed low. It's ridiculous. I understand if it is during a rush, things happen, but this is between 5 and 630 am.

Apparently I am not the only one who has had a bad customer experience at this location. What exactly should I feel when an employee leaves the register and follows you out of the store while you’re pumping gas . She then yells you didn’t pay for ice. Yes,there should be a charge if you have not purchased a beverage,at the same time. However, this was not the case. That was last week
Today the same employee, takes her stand, on the simple issue of ice. So today, the beverage, donut and ice remain on the counter.
If a manager knows an employee needs regular customer service training, maybe that employee should seek employment elsewhere.This one employee gives the location a not so good impression.

Placed a pickup order. Toasted sub. Walked into this Wawa, and it was just me and another customer. Worker still messed up on my sub. Less traffic and still can’t get an order made correctly.

This place is getting dirtier by the minute. Rugs are never vacuumed, the floor needs mopping, doors are dirty, bathrooms are not kept clean. The floors by the coke machine are nasty. I will take pictures if I ever go back.

Rose Mary at this location is the most not customer centered employee after a good evening and have a great night from me not a word from her at all kind of makes it hard to be polite to some one who is so dry

So I stopped by this Wawa to pick up some things and as I approached the register, the old lady cashier walks off and then when she comes back, I’m not greeted. She asked what do you want in a very unfriendly manner so I tell her and then she throws it on the register counter not friendly,I WILL
NOT BE BACK ,She should even be retired at this age if she’s gonna be so angry and rude and not provide customer service!!! And she was on her cell phone WAWA IS LIKE GOING TO POPEYES WIT THEIR ATTITUDES

Amazing customer service and genuinely kind people. My family and I go here every other weekend and they never fail to successfully wow us. There were a couple of times where I added bacon for a charge and they had forgot it, but I told them about it the next time I went and they did not hesitate to help me out by adding some bacon into my meal! I have bad memory, so today I got my food and my drink came shortly after. I totally forgot my food at a counter and I came back 10 minutes later and it was gone. They are amazing because they made me the same meal at no cost! Gotta love Wawa.

Sometimes out of items but service is quick, less busy than the eugallie location which makes it quicker to get in and out. Food and beverages are good. Wawa rewards can get you some free items and discounts on gas and other stuff. Employees are always friendly. My fav location to go to.

if I could give this store and the manager of this store a rating it would be a negative 10!!!! I ordered food once again and when I got my order it was wrong AGAIN. I ORDERED the roasted chicken burrito bowl and when I got it it was chicken, lettuce and chedder cheese sauce that's it!!!! its a $12 bowl and that's what I got. it was supposed to have rice, beans, chicken, salasa, lettuce, sour cream and advacodo so I was very upset. I called the store and the manager hung up on me then when I called back he put the phone down and ignored me!!! I was upset when I first called but he first told me there wasn't much he could do since I didn't have a ride to the store so that's when I raised my voice but I did not swear at him or anything like that I just raised my voice and he hung up on me and made me furious his customer service skills are horrible and if he's a manager and he thinks that's how a regular customer should be treated he should be firec. I am never going to wawa again this is the second time there has been an issue with my order. so since I have no way to get to your store I had nothing for dinner. I'm so unsatisfied with wawa and a $5 credit is not going to cut it this time. I will not suggest wawa to anyone if they want good customer service and great food this is not the place to go. my experience was horrible and I used to love wawa not anymore!!!!
