“I’m from Washington DC and I was visiting Melbourne then we decided to stop by Costco and I was greeted by the Food Court Manager Jonathan and let me tell you something… he is fabulous, knows everything about the food court items!!! And gave us a wonderful service!!”

“I'm happy with my storage facility. The Price is Right and as long as I follow the rules then everybody's happy. The only problem I have is when I go against the rules. So I don't mind being corrected. Nothing wrong with some rigid rules so that people don't get out of hand. It's a great location for my needs. I appreciate the full camera surveillance system they have in place.”

“I've delivered here a few times. There's room for one truck in the first driveway behind their flatbed parked outside the gate. They start about 8am. They finish loading outbound flatbeds before they open the gate for deliveries, so don't get in too big a hurry. Cool guys there. They unload box vans at an outdoor dock and it's tight, so you may want to slide your tandems all the way forward to make your own life easier if you're in an 18 wheeler. Hours for deliveries are like 8-3, but honestly I've been earlier than noon, so I'm just writing what I've been told. If you're in a spread axle you may need them to move a pallet or two, and they will do it if you ask nicely and are a professional about it. Not sure what happens if you're a hard ass because these guys don't deserve treatment like that. Thanks for the great service guys!”
