Went in yesterday and bought red raspberry leaf tea. Only to go to open it this morning and realize there was tape on the “sealed” back. Which means they just resealed it with a piece of tape after someone returned it and put it back on the shelf. I know for a fact someone returned it because there’s supposed to be 20 tea bags and there was only 7. Yes SEVEN. Less than half of what should’ve been in a brand new bag. Absolutely disgusting that they would put a returned food/drink product back on the shelf to resell after the item was opened and USED. I’ve tried calling multiple times this morning to let them know I will be coming in later this evening to return this product and I’d like to speak to a manager about it. Pressing 0 for the operator just did nothing but have the phone line ringing for 10 min before it would hang up on me. So not only do they put used food items back on the shelf after a return but they also can’t answer their phones to get ahold of anyone. Not very happy as I live in Titusville and now have to drive all the way back to Melbourne to deal with this. I thought this was the “nicer” Walmart. But I guess all Walmarts suck.

Angie, whom I believe is the store manager, was a complete nightmare of a person. She was very disrespectful to my family and I and even was verbally assaulting my child who happens to be adopted and of African descent. She mentioned and I quite “I’m gonna say it” multiple times which i don’t know what that means. Anyway, Angie should be fired.
