Terrible service! Had a prescription sent to be picked up at this location. A couple of hours later I show up and I’m told the pharmacist is on lunch break and that the prescription will be ready for pickup by 3:30. Ok. At 3:30 I show up again to be told that it will be ready in another hour and a half. No explanation given or anything, just “Sorry”. For the future, I can definitely think of a couple of other pharmacies with better service just a mile away.

DO NOT USE PHARMACY DELIVERY. They simply don’t do delivery. They will tell you it’s same day delivery and then never deliver it and you have to go pick it up. I’ve been waiting for this “same day” delivery since Monday (it’s Thursday now). I’m going to have to just go to the store. I feel bad for people who aren’t able to do that.

I love this location! The staff is always so polite and professional! I had a very nice girl help me today. She was very professional and knowledgable on the stores merchandise. Kendall thank you very much for going out of your way to help me with my purchase! Employees like her are the reason I’d rather shop at Walgreens then Walmart!!

have been coming here for years- this walgreens always has expired food, also half the staff is incredibly disrespectful including the store manager. have always had a good experience with the two older woman that work there though. i now usually go to the walgreens a little farther from my house to avoid this one.

This is by far the WORST PHARMACY IN BREVARD. I made an online appt for a covid test and when my husband arrived they had NO record of him! They made him wait over and hour and then told him he had to go to CVS because he had MEDICAID! When I called, the pharmacist was RUDE and told me they could SUDDENLY SEE HIM... THIS AFTER HE WAS ALREADY HOME. What a bunch of total screw ups! Do NOT trust your medical care or medication to these CLOWNS
They RARELY get my prescriptions correct. I won't be going back. You get a different answer from every one you speak to. Store manager is usually hanging out cussing within earshot of customers.

Walgreen’s doesn’t print circulars anymore- which is totally reasonable. What’s unreasonable is not offer guest wifi so shoppers can actually see the digital circular on the app. I can’t get any cell service so it’s really cumbersome to shop. I’m in & out of the store trying to get reception. The baskets are filthy and the staff are apathetic.

Go to any other pharmacist.The pharmacist was unable to read a prescription that 5 other people could, he failed to properly communicate with a veterinarian to get the script confirmed, resulting in an insulin prescription being delayed days only to result in being sent to the wrong store.If your eyesight is at a point where you can't determine an amount on a prescription, you shouldn't practice anymore.

Mr. Steve , Karen and the Minton Walgreens team had been very patient and helpful ALWAYS with my Walgreens purchases ! They are always very patient and helpful ! They are 5 stars and I hope that this review gets the recognition they deserve! The Walgreens Minton team is awesome and go beyond !

Said their systems were down and refused valid FSA card for medication my wife needs after intensive surgery. Avoid at all costs!

Stay out of the drive thru.Ordered a prescription refill; received notice it was ready.Approached the drive thru and there was 1 car at the window.I had to wait over 15 minutes.Apparently, they're doing drive up covid testing and making everyone else just sit there and wait.Once you get in line and someone else pulls up behind you; you're stuck.
