I love this store! The pharmacists and staff are great. They take the time to answer questions, talk about medication and keep us on track for the next vaccine s. Even though they are busy, they never rush you through. Any time I need an item the staff knows exactly where to find it and takes me there! I find the coolest gifts and one of a kind items for holidays. Plus they have a great selection of snacks, books and magazines. This is a win, win store for me. Thank you for always making me feel like my business is valued.

Terrible pharmacy & pharmacist. Rude, unfriendly, and treat you like rubbish if you have an issue. Avoid this place if you wish to be treated like an actual human being.

Worst pharmacy ever. They strung me along for over 24 hours saying they needed more information from my doctor (VA) for my medicine before they could give it to me, then the next day when they finally admitted they got the info, now they don't have the medicine in stock and never did. Horrible service. The lady pharmacist the first day was nice, but the guy the second day was beyond rude. First, he told me that despite getting the prescription from the VA, it wasn't authorized and I would have to pay for it out of pocket. He told me I needed to find a cheaper better alternative drug. What? Then when I asked if I could just buy a week's worth, now they magically don't even have the medication. Why make a diabetes patient deal with all this?

I love this Walgreens, so conveniently close to me and the workers are great. However, I think they should sell blue raspberry Beatbox! I would love to go to a store right next to me and pick one up.

If you don’t want to do the passport photo service, just take yourself down from Walgreens website, stop lying about broken cameras!

WOW, just OUTSTANDING service in the shop & particularly in the pharmacy. I always appreciate the patience of the pharmacist(s) when I have made some error. I try to return the courtesy when the error runs the other way. I think these Folks at the Minton/Palm Bay rd location are tops in professionalism & service!

Terrible service! Had a prescription sent to be picked up at this location. A couple of hours later I show up and I’m told the pharmacist is on lunch break and that the prescription will be ready for pickup by 3:30. Ok. At 3:30 I show up again to be told that it will be ready in another hour and a half. No explanation given or anything, just “Sorry”. For the future, I can definitely think of a couple of other pharmacies with better service just a mile away.

DO NOT USE PHARMACY DELIVERY. They simply don’t do delivery. They will tell you it’s same day delivery and then never deliver it and you have to go pick it up. I’ve been waiting for this “same day” delivery since Monday (it’s Thursday now). I’m going to have to just go to the store. I feel bad for people who aren’t able to do that.

I love this location! The staff is always so polite and professional! I had a very nice girl help me today. She was very professional and knowledgable on the stores merchandise. Kendall thank you very much for going out of your way to help me with my purchase! Employees like her are the reason I’d rather shop at Walgreens then Walmart!!

have been coming here for years- this walgreens always has expired food, also half the staff is incredibly disrespectful including the store manager. have always had a good experience with the two older woman that work there though. i now usually go to the walgreens a little farther from my house to avoid this one.
