Cheryl in the pharmacy department is Awesome she saved me money by shopping for discount prices for my medication. She went above and beyond and that extraordinary customer service in my book.

We had a Great Customer experience at this store. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant. CHERYL In the Pharmacy department did an AWESOME Job. It was a real pleasure dealing with her. We give the staff and store a 5 STAR, 10 PLUS rating. What a Great place to shop

This is my go to pharmacy. Yes, they are busy but the pharmacists are always nice and hospitable. They go the extra step and it shows. I’ve never had any problems here ever and appreciate that very much. They do their best to keep the store up too. I’ve been to many others throughout Brevard County and this one is the best hands down. Some of the bad reviews on here are a bit critical in my opinion. They are also old and they have made changes.

I had an unusually bad experience at this Walgreens with product only. The cake I purchased had ants on it after I looked at it closer and it was also expired. The drink was completely flat as well.

I will not recommend this pharmacy every time I go there the meds are never done although I give them hours before I go pick up after ordering or reordering they are never done I still have to sit there or go the next day it's my mom's meds and close to her house so she won't change pharmacy but I will never recommend or order my meds through them

Nothing but good and positive experiences here! They fill my meds fast. The store is always cleaned. They always have stuff I need in stock. The employees work hard and deal with the most nasty costumers ever.Props to the whole team for continuing to provide for us all.

Some of the most uncaring individuals I've ever come across. They mess up prescriptions for controlled substances, and it never occurs to them that they're putting people in withdrawal for days. Some move as slowly as molasses. They need different jobs.

I am went to Walgreens for a Covid test however I scheduled it for tomorrow my fault. The woman with the double chin and brown hair was very rude to me I went inside for the test, and she told me very sassy I need to go through the drive-through so I went. And she was being really mean to me I said can I just have the test now please since I’m here and she told me no. She refused to help me. And I need to test for a cruise, she just ruined my day.

Wonderful Walgreens. I shopped for 3 elderly neighbors. Jerry was a star! I had coupons for all plus I had a return. I also used my points! And I got cash back. I had about 5 receipts. Cameron, mgr, God Bless him! He took care of a line of so many people while I monopolized Jerry for a good 1/2 hour. Jerry was kind, helpful, efficient and patient with me. Ditto for Cameron. I truly appreciate Larry and Cameron ?♥️?Thank you from me and my elderly neighbors.Also, this store is not the closest one to me. I choose this one because it is stocked beautifully and there is always someone there to help me find what I need. That's what I want when I shop. I love Walgreens. This time I did all the shopping I had to for me plus 3 others and I didn't have to go to Walmart or Publics. I saved 2 trips because of this Walgreens having everything they needed.Thank you again, kudos!Rose White♥️?♥️

This used to be a good pharmacy. We are moving our business elsewhere as they are always short staffed and do not fill prescriptions in a timely manner. Called tonight for one for my daughter that was called in this morning (for an illness) I waited on hold for one hour and 15 minutes and then it hit 7 o'clock and I was left holding after they closed. They make mistakes all the time and have given me the wrong number of pills on more than one occasion. Too busy giving shots without the proper amount of employees. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT!!!

I’m changing my pharmacy. Rude lady behind counter giving shots. I finally get my turn and walk up to get my rx and she says someone will be right with you then I wait and wait and wait. The guy at the drive thru was nice. He helped me. She said everyone has to wait their turn. Not enough people to help everyone. Many people frustrated waiting a long tome for shot.

I've waited a month for 2 prescriptions. They were faxing the wrong doctor. This is not the first tine they have filled these prescriptions. This is the worst time. They are short-handed & the lines are down the aisles!

I called to see if prescriptions were ready and out of 10 prescriptions that they had for 5 days I was told only 3 were ready. So I go to pick them up and was waiting for 20 minutes and nobody even said anything to me. Prescriptions are now going elsewhere.
