Poor communication. Unprofessional. Brought spouse in for a pre-scheduled Covid / flu test. App directed us to call for checkin. No one answered. We went inside and waited 10m to be helped. Told to go back to drive-through. At drive-through window, told to go *back inside* and wait for pharmacist. Once inside, the pharmacist refused to do the test and argued with staff on who should administer it. My husband had a pre-scheduled appointment, there was no one ahead of us, and from arrival time to departure was an hour — while he was symptomatic (masked) and with a temperature. They put their other customers at risk. Will not be returning. Avoid…go elsewhere.

The single most disorganized pharmacy I have interacted with. I wrote a huge paragraph about my experiences (multiple, but shame of me for going back, right). But it just boils down to: Absolute garbage.

Put in a pick up prescription order after being on hold for an hour with another Walgreens And 30 mins at this one. They tell me it’ll be ready the next day at 11, so I show up at 2pm. Was told it’ll be ready in 30 mins. I go there 4 hours later and they tell me its not available and they don’t know when it’ll be available and unable to check if any other Walgreens in the area has it. Not to mention its medication that’s pretty important for my daughter. Incompetent and unreliable

Kept getting the wrong messages on the status of my prescription. And when I called to find out why I kept getting the wrong messages, the woman I was speaking with yelled at me that my prescription was ready and hung up on me. When I called back to speak with the manager, I was put on the phone with a "operations manager" of the pharmacy and she further disrespected me asking me if I had raised my voice thereby prompting the woman to hang up on me. What manager asked that question? When I went to the store to pick up my prescription I was told there was no operations manager of the pharmacy. As I had expected.

I used to love the pharmacy staff, service, and all things about this Walgreens. In the past couple of months I have spent a week or more waiting on medication that was ordered with PLENTY of time for refill and I kept getting "we expect a shipment in a day or two but when I called on the day of the supposed shipment I eas told they didn't have any in stock. I had to go and throw a fit just to get a partial full of Vyvanse. That was last month. This time, my doctor sent the prescription in a f****** WEEK ago and I received no notification of completed prescription, and I had to call and DEMAND an answe. I was told that they had it in stock but it had not been filled. I'm already angry..,,, THEN I saw on the bottle that it had been processed a full 7 days ago but not filled! I bombed a final exam and I'm behind on my work because these people can't get it together! I've stuck by them for 7 plus years but I am done.

This place is absolutely terrible. 0 stars if it would let me. Pharmacy staff is scatterbrained as hell and after waiting over 40 minutes for an appointment that I had scheduled prior to showing up and checking in, they just started checking other people in ahead of me. Will never go back. F*** this Walgreens

I arrived on time for a scheduled COVID-19 test at the Post Rd Walgreens, but their system would not "generate a pricing code", so they could/would not administer the test. Besides wasting my time, taking up a slot someone else could have used and delaying everyone waiting in line behind me, a probable positive test data point was lost. It was a disappointing and frustrating experience. I hope this was an anomaly or that they can fix their system so that others don't have a similar fate.
