I have problems and end up having to call my insurance every time I come here. The insurance covers the medicines, but Walgreens has problems swapping generics for brand names, etc. Some staff are great but their system is frustrating and you’re on your own if confusion arises. I wasn’t able to get a vaccine. I’m insured but there was some problem with my account. I waited an hour and a half and wasn’t allowed pay cash to get it over with… i could have gotten the shot for free if I was uninsured.

This particular location is always jampacked with people inside and out, waiting for prescriptions, and the staff is particularly unfriendly. They allow people to sit in the drive-through waiting for medication's. that aren't finished when there's a line of people waiting to drop off a prescription. Typical wait time is about 30 minutes and often longer, but don't dare mention they're lack of attention to those waiting when you get to the window, because they will not hesitate to catch an attitude with you. Aside from that considering everything is going well they will ask you for a half a day sometimes longer to fill even the most basic prescription. Sorry, but when somebody just gets out of the hospital and needs a prescription, it's not only a poor gesture to their condition, and struggles of being in the hospital, it's just downright wrong. But if you're looking for a good pharmacy with friendly staff and people that are understanding, go across the street to Publix. They are always friendly, kind and accommodating.

PHARMACISTS DENY LEGAL PRESCRIPTIONS ON A WHIM HERE. I CAME TO THE PHARMACY TO GET HELP FOR MY MENTAL HEALTH MEDICATIONS AND I ENDED UP GETTING TALKED TO LIKE I WAS A CRIMINAL AND I WAS TALKED.TO RUDELY AND DISMISSED BY THE PHARMACISTS. SHAME ON THEM.I have been having some.mental health issues lately and after arguing on the phone with the pharmacist about him denying me my valid prescription refill and it was 3 days past refill date. My doctor of 12 years called him and demanded they give me my medication. She was baffled that they were treating me so terribly. They did give it to me eventually but they were all looking at me like I was doing something wrong and that I needed to leave. I told him it is highly unethical to deny me my legal prescriptions. He snarkily came at me saying oh and we are never filling your prescription here anymore. I was shocked and emotional, because it's quite frightening to think that someone has the power to take your legally prescribed medication and not give it you an explanation "It's really frightening that someone who has no knowledge of the situation can just decide, 'I don't want to do this,' and they're making a judgment based on no information."If a person is told no at the pharmacy, they can't get the medication, know that that threatens their health but it also can leave them feeling ashamed and judged," AND AFRAID TO ASK FOR HELP.. It's both a health issue but also a dignity issue."

I have been using this location since I moved to Florida 3 years ago. I have a specific name brand of Blood Pressure medication that works best for me. I had them put a note in their system which brand my prescription should be refilled with. I picked up my refill today. Lo and behold once again they refilled it with another brand. When I called and spoke to the pharmacy manager to request they correct their error, I was told it was my responsibility to check the refill before leaving. No refund. No apology. Just pointing the finger at me. I asked if they had a note in their system regarding my brand preference. Yes. It sure is there. When I asked the pharmacist why it wasn't referenced, his reply was "I fill 400 prescriptions per day, I don't have the time to check notes". Then why in the hell do you have a section for notes, if you don't bother to check it? That's pretty scary, they don't check notes. To make matters worse, they used up my refill through my insurance company. Now I am going to have to cover the entire cost out of pocket for their negligence. Customer service and attention to detail get a grade of F! Switching to CVS. Stay away from this place!

The past several months things have gone down Hill. Seems like every monthly visit I have issues with at least one script being filled , Issues that could be resolved by the pharmacist Are refused And just poor service all around I was forced to give a one star that's very generous. I would suggest a different pharmacy.

Dropped off my usual prescription of plain fioricet today for my husband . Pharmacist insisted that I had to pay 114.00 for capsules instead of the usual 29.00 that I have been paying for over 5 years. He proceeded to tell me I had to have doc write 50-325-40 I Bra cause he could not fill it unless the aspirin content was written as 325. Said he could only give me capsules and said he was pharmacist and doc had to approve . Which was a load of crap. Went to another walgreen down at Post Road and absolutely no problem. Firoricef is not controlled number one and most that are sitting on shelves in all drugstores are 50 -325-40. He was very rude as well as combative. I talked to 3 other pharmacists to be sure I was right and they all agreed it should have been filled as requested.. also my docs office never heard of such a thing. Yes they do make 300 aspirin content if that's what you want. This guy should not be working as a pharmacist . I will never step foot in there again.

Stellar crew! I've been going to this Walgreens for 5 years and appreciate the friendly and helpful people in the pharmacy and at the checkouts in the front of the store. Customer service is not always easy so thank for caring for your customers even when you are tired and working long hours and especially working through Covid 19. You are on the front lines and we appreciate you.

I dropped off a prescription and was told to sit and wait. I was told the wait would be 25 minutes. After 40 minutes I went to the window. The prescription had been filled but I was never called or texted. The system they have doesn't work. The workers seem to dislike their job. Customer service is lacking at this Walgreens.

I have been going to this Walgreens for years and I love it! It's clean, the people are nice, and they go quick. The pharmacy can be time consuming if you go inside, but the drive thru is quick and easy.

The pharmacy is awful, I used them because they were the closest drive thru to my home but it's not worth it anymore. Always at least a 15 minute wait to pick up or drop off prescriptions. Their policies change depending on whoever is at the window at the time. Half of the pharmacists are just rude. They've given me my prescription with pills missing twice now. Heaven forbid you come across the owner/manager who has zero people skills & likes to treat anyone patronizing his business like trash.
