Decent enough Walgreens that is conveniently located on Wickham Road (the main road heading north and south through Melbourne, Florida). The staff is friendly and I found it to be an overall positive and pleasant experience.

pharmacist gave me the wrong prescription. I paid $30 for the wrong prescription. They did not confirm the name when I picked it up. Now I am out $30.

Best pharmacy hands down! They call and remind me about my meds, we do our shots here and they are super kind with my son who has a phobia of needles. He said it is the only place he trusts. I rather pay to pick my meds up here than get my free meds on base for thw customer service and helpfulness alone.

Went to this Walgreens location the other night was just casually walking around looking for what we needed and the employees were following me for no reason.... I was feeling extremely and utterly uncomfortable. I was in the restroom, literally nothing was clean like the worst you could imagine shit on the walls. I was checking out the nail polish and picked one of them up and looked at it, when I was checking out my Vagisil the cashier questioned if I put the nail polish I was wearing on when I was checking out the polishes early because my nails didn't look good enough. Which why are you looking at me like that in the nail polish in the first place. At least I got my vagisil. Never going here again.

Store always seems clean & organized. Helpful friendly employees. They speak when you come in. Store is always stocked. Great sales. I got both my covid shots here, no complaints. I prefer Walgreens over CVS & Rite Aid.

To the lady tonight in the pharmacy that would not fill my daughter's prescription for the ipledge program. I called the doctor's office after hours and was told that walgreens has to call them to get the refills verified and that then walgreens can fill the prescription. It was 9:02pm and told the lady that she was suppose to call the doctors office but just kept saying Sorry we are closed and I can't do anything about it now!!!!! Really.... knowing I told her earlier that tonight is the last night for me to get this since the program website has been down for weeks and will have to start all over, three months down the drain!!!!! No customer service or helpful anymore. I have been using this walgreens for over 20 plus years.

To the lady in the pharmacy that didn't want to take a few extra minutes to fill my prescription tonight knowing tonight is the last night so I can't get the prescription bc of the ipledge program!!!! Thanks a lot and hope you don't ever need something important and can't get it bc of other people not wanting to do there job or be more sincere. Needs customer service classes and training for the employees!!!!!

I went to Walgreens to get my Covid booster. I had an appointment but I arrived early to do my paper. Tip: if you do your paperwork online print it out and bring it with you (even if it says you don't have to). Also, bring your Covid card with you so they can stamp that you got a booster.

How DARE your pharmacy staff contradict my medical practitioner's long standing treatment plan, breach their own integrity, make me feel targeted and isolated because I'm physically close to my treating physician, and make ominous statements as your store manager stands smugly by. I checked, there was no "Change" to policy. it is entirely discretionary and the pharmacist who employed his questionable Discretion to deny my medication is the same staff member whose questionable judgement prompted him to mock me audibly at the drive through at the drive through when I stalled my car. HOW DARE thy you make me feel helpless. HOW DARE your corporate customer service convey an overall attitude of IDGAF because pharmacy has discretion. And HOW DARE you play with the wellbeing of others in this manner. Your store makes me sick.

Waited in line for 10 minutes with 2 other customers no one even acknowledged that they had customers in the pharmacy. Only one person back there. Once the store manager came back there they came from everywhere to help. This pharmacy needs a new manager. This is not the first time employees just ignore the customers.
