Friendly staff but they no longer shred documents on site. They follow a model like the Iron Mountain bins found at Office Depot, FedEx and UPS Store.

The website is hard to navigate. It is a painful and slow process to pull multiple records. When called, the attitude of the personnel is very curt and inconvenienced. I do not recommend this company.
