I had a concern that took many calls & many hours to Verizon Call Center with no resolution. Miguel & Rollie handled my concern in less than 10 minutes, exactly how I needed it to be addressed. I highly recommend this store for their professionalism and ability to help.

Raleigh and Miguel were awesome. Their customer service was excellent. I came into this store and needed a brand new phone asap as mine was completely destroyed. They took care of me immediately. I can't say thank you enough to these two. If you are in need of a new phone or cell service I highly recommend you go here. Ask for Raleigh or Miguel.

Miguel & Kelly were amazing!! They helped us navigate options and were able to get us a new phone, with accessories!!! Their customer service was spot on! Thank you both so much!!

I am a new customer that Kelly helped last week in which she apparently ran my credit card twice which I would not have noticed if I had not checked the transaction on my Chase statement days later. Kelly was nice enough but she didn't mention that she ran my card a second time. After calling 3 different Verizon contact numbers I was unable to get this resolved and was told to go into the store. (1 hour of my time) From there the manager Miguel tried to help me in a process which took 45 minutes in the store and was able to see that I was charged twice but was unable to tell me when the reverse charge would appear or provide any receipt. I wish this snafu didn't occur because otherwise would have been outstanding. Verizon needs a better system in place to review and remedy accidental customer charges.

Awesome customer service. The manager Miguel, who has been there for years, is absolutely amazing. He will spend as long as you need to get you the best deal possible, depending on your needs. I know I'm in great hands when he takes care of me. Dont get me wrong, everyone there is awesome!! Highly recommend Verizon and this location!

Went Friday to this location,phone theft prioritization.Once they figured out that I was not just giving up and replacing my 1k phone INSTANTLY I BECAME A PROBLEM CUSTOMER..?the manager was unable to provide basic information like RAM/INTERNAL STORAGE ON A BASIC ANDROID DEVICE..
Once I got off the phone with Apple customer service, I asked for password assistance for my Verizon account.
I was asked to wait for the assistance I needed. So I humored the manager and waited for his cue.
I was ingored as soon as another client entered the door.
No gesture to PLASE WAIT AGAIN OR ANYTHING.? THIS WAS SOME OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE BEEN DELT IN MY LIFE.... I JUST LEFT ONCE I WAS IGNORED.. ANOTHER EMPLOYEE ASSURED ME MY PHONE HAD BEEN PARTED OUT TO THE BLACK MARKET AND TO JUST PURCHASE A NEW IPHONE 15.
NO ONE WANTS TO HEAR THAT WHEN DEALING WITH A THEFT SITUATION, WHY WOULD YOU PUT SO MUCH EMPHASIS INSTANTLY THAT YOUR EXPENSIVE I PHONE WAS GONE, WITHIN 3 MIN THIS WAS FOPIC OF DISCUSSION.
IVE HAD NOTHING BUT BAD EXPERIENCE WITH VERIZON. TO MUCH TO LIST ON HERE.

We stopped in on Sunday and unfortunately encountered Rollie. We had simple questions about the cell phone account that had a ghost line placed on it without permission and we were met with indifference by Rollie. He was rude and unhelpful. He gave us a phone number, didn’t answer our questions about the ghost line and sent us on our way. Turns out, we could have completed this all through the app, and he didn’t even tell us that. Looking forward to the day when we can cancel the Verizon account.

- Posting this on Dec 2023 -Drive slowly as you approach the location, the big tree in front of the building is blocking the sign, if you drive too fast, you’d miss the entrance.Our family recently changed our cellphone provider from AT&T to Verizon, we were with AT&T for 20+ year, the past year AT&T was just disappointing. The review on Verizon as a provider is still TBD as we’ve been only with them for two weeks.BUT…I’d like to give shout outs to this particular store, their service & support are amazing, attentive, knowledgeable and very helpful.Our sales specialist was Kelly. She is great! I have never met a sales rep that willing to help above and beyond after the deal is done. The transfer process was a bit challenging but Kelly was always willing to find the answer and very patient with me. She knows what she’s doing and she was quick, too.The store managers; Vivian & Devan were also great. Very helpful throughout the process when I went multiple times to straighten out some things while Kelly was off.I have been recommending, and will continue to do so, this store and Kelly to my friends and neighbors.Thank you, Verizon store on 192!

Kelly was super helpful getting me a new iPhone. She was able to answer all of my questions, and helped in making my decision. I ended up switching from T-mobile and am super satisfied with the service so far. Kelly is a great sales associate.

Verizon took money out of my bank account without my knowledge or permission. the account had been closed for months and they wouldn’t let me make a payment by not letting me into the account. months later they just took 400 dollars out of my account saying it was through auto bill pay which I did not have or authorize. These people have just taken the money I was going to use to pay my car insurance and now there’s a good chance I will have my license suspended and then I can’t work so good chance I’ll lose my apartment I have a baby on the way and Verizon does this they are crooks
