Conveniently located, very clean, and storage room close to the elevator. Staff is friendly and professional. They also have carts for use by tenants during open hours.

We are extremely happy with our decision to utilize Value Store It. The employees were very helpful and friendly. Reese answered all of our questions and always did so with a smile. The building was always clean. The carts provided were a huge help in moving larger items.

Quick and simple registration online! The storage space is great...lots of sq ft for the cost, good temp/humidity, lighting in the hallways is nice.

I was pleasantly surprised at how helpful and knowledgeable the Manager is. The facility is clean, well lit, and the units seem true to size. We discussed what my needs were and I was able to select the correct size. The paperwork was quick and so far I am happy with my choice. Thank you for the courteous and professional experience.

I walked into the store in Melbourne and was greeted by Anthony. He took the time to show us around the facility which was very clean and made the process of renting a storage unit very easy. He was very professional and friendly. Highly recommend renting a unit at this store.
