A Shining Example of Outstanding Customer ServiceI am always greeted with professionalism and a genuine willingness to assist. The UPS customer service team is knowledgeable, responsive, and goes the extra mile to ensure that my inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently.Recently, I worked with Walter to re-order business cards. He quoted me a price, and I said, "Let's do it!" I left satisfied and excited. A few days later, I received an email from Walter stating he had made a mistake in his quoted price. He was proactive in letting me know immediately, he took accountability for his honest mistake, and then he was only going to make me pay his quoted price, not the actual cost of the business cards. I appreciated this entire transaction. Thank you, Walter. UPS is fortunate to have a Store Manager like you.
