Wow. Don't know what has happened to customer service here. But this is not the go to ups store any longer. A guy seemed like it just walked off the street to try the job out. 20 minutes with 2 simpler packages. Mean while An older lady, bleach blonde, 20 mins flirting with a customer. There was only One young lady there trying to get customers going. And she was blocked from working by the other 2 " employees ". Manger, no where to be found. Ugh.

Joshua at UPS Store saved us a big headache today. Dropped off a package earlier in the day but needed to retrieve it back. Went back at 5 PM where I'm sure there were hundreds of packages ready for pickup and a long line behind me. He was able to pull the package quickly and returned to the line without missing a beat.
Thank you so much, Joshua! We appreciate you taking care of us in a tough spot when you could has easily declined. Will always look out for you next time.

About a year or so ago, I was having terrible experiences at this particular UPS Store. They always seemed so put out when I would come in with my Amazon returns. One time there was a young black woman that was actually getting angry with customers for coming into the store because she was closing in 15 minutes. I said, "You don't close for 15 more minutes." She snapped at me and said, "Do you want to stay and help me do all these returns?", and pointed to a stack behind her. I suggested she should really look for another job that doesn't deal with customers. After that, I started going to The UPS Store up in Viera which is about 15 minutes farther away from my home. But they were always so friendly and professional. Then one day I mentioned to them what terrible experiences I had at this UPS store. The woman told me that they have new employees and I should try them again. Which I did. This time my experience was perfect! Employee was friendly, greeted me as I came in the store handled my return very quickly and efficiently. Even offered to help me bring packages in from my car. I will definitely be back to this particular UPS store.

I love visiting the location on Wickham Road because the representative there has great customer service and always welcoming. The store is clean and staff work efficiently.. Top tier service always #happycustomer
