Worst company ever ... their online chat don't work.... their email don't work... they never deliver your order.... They don't even contact you to settle something. Horrible company ! Avoid them at all cost !! Go with NapaWholesale instead or ..... ANY !!!

Misleading - No Honor - Horrible Customer ServiceI have made several purchases in person and even though their website for delivery. Every time I was mislead in the price and services provided.Price of goods is no where to be found when selecting items from their shelves. When asked your told to use the website. Funny thing is the website doesn’t match the receipt when you make your purchase. When asked your told that they can not keep the website up to date (but their able to keep the inventory/register current). In my experience the website was always lower (the good old bait and switch) than the register.Thought I would place an order online and pay the extra cost of shipping. That was a mistake. The order was placed, invoiced received and awaiting delivery. The delivery/communication never arrived. Had to place another order from another supplier to keep my customers happy. Called United Wholesale to ask about my order. Was told that it wasn’t cost effective for them to delivery my order even though I choose to pay extra for delivery. The customer service was horrible, rude, and just not professional at all.I highly suggest you to avoid this business at all cost. Don’t fall for the bait and switch like I did.
