How rude these people are .. went on this morning for a quote on renting as we are moving to Virginia . I had difficulty understanding what he was saying and asked him to explain. I wanted a total cost. He told me he couldn't be plainer in his explination. Young man who would not give me his name was beyond rude .masked me to leave his store . Do not use people. Lost a lot of business today .

rented from u haul they didn't give me a contract when I purchased the vehicle and rented it, they did not say they don't reimburse for gas. They lady at the front desk said since the vehicle is less than a 1/4 and said they would reimburse me for having to put gas in. I proceeded to fill the vehicle with gas and move my belongings. Whilst returning the vehicle I was prompted with an 100 dollar bill and no reimbursement from the person checking me out. Argument started and I proceeded to walk inside and bring the front desk up to date. Now they told me it was on the contract, but they never told me and never gave me any piece of paper Only a text message for the U-Haul regrading a check on the vehicle.Worst Customer service and workmanship.

They ran my card twice instead of using the balance on hold. When I brought to their attention they blew it off. It was disorganized as far as check out. They had people standing in line for keys that already checked in online. Their website says no wait. Cooperate is even worse. Unfortunately they are the only option available.

This office ran my card 3 times ! They were paid in cash when I brought back rhe uhaul , I lived two miles if that from the u haul office and my storage unit was on Babcock as well maybe 3 miles. From my home , i did my move in one trip and the Uhaul was returned on time ! They asked to hold a card just in case which i completely understand but i have a recite saying they were payed in cash! The first time they ran my card they took ten dollars which went unnoticed but the second time there was no money in the account so they got nothing but today they ran it for the third time for 75.00 and thats 12 days later without ever calling me to try and explain why they feel their owed this money which their not! Do not rent from here!

Renting moving trucks and trailers can sometimes be difficult at a few locations. At this location it was really easy. this location was not very busy at all I walked right in and checked in right away. I booked the trailer online about an hour ago. They had me in hooked up and on the road and maybe 15 minutes. They make returning just as easy. And if they are closed already they have spots out front for after hours return. I'd be happy to use this location again it was quiet easy to get in and out of and I took care of me quickly.

First time using uhaul, had probably the worst experience I could’ve had. Had a reservation for 10:00 AM and by the time I got to the counter from waiting in line, I had another customer walk up and cut everyone in line. He was taken care of very slow. By the time he was gone it was around 10:30. Once it was my turn they informed me that they had no more of the trucks that I reserved, so that delayed my move by a day. Came back next morning with a new reservation and got the truck but that was just a bad weather day so we couldn’t load much, later that night I tried to extend the rental until the next day. It wasn’t giving me the option to so I ended up waiting over an hour on the customer service line. Mind you I was on their website chatting with someone live from their customer service line, by the time the hour went by the online agent extended the rental. Also I was told if I don’t drive the base mileage (50 miles) I would be reimbursed, tried to call the customer service line for that because I only drove about 24-26 miles and no luck. I’d suggest going elsewhere because this place sucks and overall is doing a horrible job.
