This was the 2nd time I rented from this U-haul location. Both instances I experienced long wait times even though there were more employees than customers in the store. While I waited to be helped this last time, the manager spent at least 10 minutes cleaning a white board instead of coming out and helping with the customers that were waiting.I was told the vehicle had a full tank of gas, which I verified before I left the store. During my rental, I drove a total of 21 miles. Per the agreement, I had to return the vehicle with a full tank of gas. I did just that, but it took a total of 5 gallons of gas to fill. So with driving 21 miles, and not pulling any trailer, the fuel mileage was 4 miles/gal. With the gas receipt in hand, I brought this to the attention of the store manager. His response was he couldn’t do anything and sorry about your luck. I just ask for equitable compensation, but received nothing.

Manager don’t remember his name had a green shirt in front desk super rude to his employees and customers insane to have some one so unprofessional manage a great company I asked him a question and he was talking like a smart a** that is not the way to manage you can sim play answer question with respect same way the question was asked with respect be aware who you have working for the company also employee knew who I was talking about when I said the person up front was rude and said my manager that’s sad

Terrible customer service. I show up and start with I a have reservation. Rather than ask for my name or reservation number the guy insists on looking it up by what I renting, then my vehicle, then when I made the reservation. After that, he sticks his personal cell phone in my face to take a picture without warning or explanation. I wasn't even looking toward him. Then he uses his personal cell phone to take a picture of my drivers license. I say that's incredibly rude and demand answers as to what's going on. He claimed it's an app and shows me the computer to show me it's connected. Then the guy next to him, I assume some sort manager yells at me and screams they are getting the pictures one way or the other and points to a sign. I explain that I haven't agreed to do business with them yet and they have no right to take a picture especially of my license on personal devices. The use of personal devices is disgusting. Who knows what's getting stored on their phones. Although I do have reservation about pictures I understand why they want too. They need to be done on company own devices.

Two ???? on customer service. Plus, they advertise "climate controller" storage, yet it's hot as haites in there and there's a yellow residue on all of my things. Not a happy camper, here??♀️

If I could give this storage a rating it would be -100. Worst experience with a company in my life!!! This storage RUINED my personal items with mold in a so called temperature controlled ac unit that has been 81+ degrees. We've made multiple complaints but our problems were never solved

Went to pick up the van, no one was working at the original place I was supposed to pick it up. Went to drop it off and a new employee was doing an amazing job helping me through the situation untill his boss showed up. His boss was very strange, he just continued to tell me why his new employee was messing up, (he was doing fine) and how he needs to train them a certain way. The guy seemed to be on a good dose of adderall, mainly because he just kept telling me the same thing even after I told him the employee was doing a great job. It got to the point the guy just kept talking and talking that I was forced to walk away mid sentence (he was talking non-stop very fast for a solid 5-8 minutes.). The worker then helped me check out with no problem and I left. Very very weird interaction with the manager, but the workers seem great. Pretty typical stuff for most places nowadays.

The absolute worst. Every employee in here were so incredibly rude and unhelpful. I waited over 30 minutes for a reservation. I asked twice where to park my car. I was never directed to my rental truck. Horrible customer service. Nothing was explained to me and this U-haul facility demanded a pre auth for 50 miles for an in town truck rental of 4 hours. Completely unnecessary.

Recently had a LONG day moving a full truck ~12 hours down the interstate. After a flub on UHaul's website & storage reservation system, this location helped us make sure we had somewhere to safely store our things. Special shout to Jay, Josh, and Tony for going above & beyond to help us while on the road! These guys made what could have been a really long night into a smooth experience.More generally: the office was well-stocked and -staffed, and the storage unit facility was clean, well-lit, and secure. We had no trouble getting in or out after office hours, and we really appreciated the free carts for loading our things. While we're hoping this will be a short stay as part of a larger move, we'll absolutely use & recommend this store in the future.

I rented a 10 foot truck for 3.5 hours. It was easy enough to pick up and drop off. If they had charged my credit card what I had agreed to when I picked up the truck, I would recommend this place. But, they have charged my card 4 times (1 charge returned). U Haul emails or texts me every few days telling me I owe, and they turned me over to their internal collections. I don't have time to keep fighting to get my money back nor do I appreciate getting harassed by Uhaul employees.

Automatic entry and exit gates with keycard access works great. Facilities are clean and generally well kept.The Babcock entrance is a lot safer than the one on Route 1. Prices increase fairly frequently, which is not great. Communication is mostly all in person or on the phone, it seems like email or any other electronic communication with the company isn't available. We had water get into our old unit, no damage. But we were forced to upgrade and pay more since no other units in our size were available.
